       County and Province aforesaid Begining to include the said three Moietys or Parcells
       of Law at a bounded Stone (where formerly stood a bounded locust Post) standing in
       the South seventy nine Degree West Line of Partnership it being the original
       Begining of the Addition to Brothers Level and running thence North fifty nine
       Degrees East thirty five Perches North fifty and half Degrees West twenty four Perches
       thence South twenty Degrees West thirty four perches to the aforesaid bounded Stone then
       South seventy two and a half Degrees West one hundred and four Perches to the End of
       the fourth Course of Brothers Level thence North fifty seven Degrees East forty one
       Perches to the End of the nineteenth Line of the Addition to Brothers Level then North
       forty five Degrees East sixty Perches to the End of the twentyeth Line thereof being
       the Corner of Joshua Barnes Part of said Land then with the said Part reverse of the Course
       thereof North seventy eight Degrees West One hundred and sixty perches to intersect the
       twenty second Line then with the twenty second Line South twenty five Degrees
       West sixty eight Perches to the End of the said Line thence North fifty Degrees
       West thirty two Perches North seventy seven Degrees West forty eight Perches thence
       South twenty Degrees West twenty Perches to the Corner of Phillemon Dorseys
       Part of Barnes Purchase thence South seven Degrees West sixty six perches to
       two bounded White Oaks and a Chesnut they being the Begining Trees of a Tract
       of Land Called This or None thence South sixteen Degrees West thirty Perches to
       intersect Robert Barnes Part of said Barne's Purchase thence with Robert Barne's
       Line reverse thereof South sixty nine and a quater Degrees East One hundred
       and eighty Perches thence South sixty two and a half Degrees West one hundred and
       twenty Perches thence South fourteen Degrees West sixteen Perches to the End of the
       thirty second Course of the Addition to Brothers Level thence with Brothers
       Level South sixty Degrees East one hundred and twelve Perches North fifty
       four Degrees East forty perches North sixteen Degrees West twenty Perches North
       twenty two Degrees East thirty eight Perches North sixty nine Degrees East
       thirty six Perches to the original Line of Brothers Level thence South forty
       three Degrees East forty seven perches to intersect the Line of Brothers Partnership
       then with the said Line North twenty five Degrees East eighty seven perches
       North three Degrees West eighty perches thence with a streight Line to the
       first begining containing and laid out for three hundred and ninety five Acres of
       Land more or less (that is to say) one hundred and thirteen Acres called Brothers
       Level One hundred and sixty eight Acres part of a Tract of Land called Addition
       to Brothers Level and one hundred and fourteen Acres part of a Tract of Land called
       Barnes Purchase  To Have and to hold the said three hundred and ninety five
