       said John Buchanan now at the Time of ^the^ sealing and Delivery of this Indenture is and stands
       lawfully and rightfully seized of such of the said Premisses as are Freehold or of the Nature of Freehold
       of a good pure perfect absolute and indefeazible Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple without any
       Manner of Condition Contingent Provisoe Power of Limitation of new or other Use or Uses or
       any other Restraint Matter or Thing whatsoever to defeat alter Charge change or determine the
       same  And also that they the said John Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife now have in themselves
       good Right full Power and lawful and absolute Authority to grant bargain sell assign
       release and assure all and singular the said several premisses mentioned to be hereby granted
       bargained sold released and assigned as aforesaid with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto and to the Use of the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall
       Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus their Heirs Executors
       and Administrators respectively according to the Nature and Quality of the same premisses
       respectively  Upon the Trust and in the Manner aforesaid according to the true Intent
       and Meaning of these Present  And that the said several Premisses mentioned to be
       hereby released and assigns as aforesaid are free and clear of and from all Charges and
       Incumbrances whatsoever  And further that the said John Buchanan and Elizabeth
       his Wife and his Heirs Executors and Admors respectively and all and every other
       Person and Persons whomsoever claiming or to claim by from or under him the said
       John Buchanan at Law or in Equity shall and will from Time to Time and at all
       Times hereafter at the reasonable Request of the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson
       Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and
       Thomas Porteus their Heirs Executors Admors or Assigns or any of them make do
       acknowledge and execute or cause and procure to be made done acknowledged and
       executed all and every such further and other lawful and reasonable Act and Acts
       Thing and Things for the further and better conveying assigning and assuring all
       and singular the said premisses mentioned to be hereby respectively released and
       assigned as aforesaid with their and every of their Appurtenances unto and to the
       Use of the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund
       Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus their Heirs Exors
       Admors and Assigns respectively according to the Nature and Quality thereof
       respectively as by the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard ^Cooke^ John Worrall

       Exors Admors or Assigns or any of them or their or any of their Council learned in
