       his Wife in order to facilitate such Sale or Sales as aforesaid shall and will if
       required join in any reasonable Conveyances and Assurances to the Purchasor or
       Purchasors of all or any Parts or Part of the Premisses and for that Purpose execute
       and acknowledge any Deed or Deeds and enter into such Covenants for the Estate
       Title Possession quiet Enjoyment and further Assurance of all or any Parts or
       Part of the Premisses as are usual in such Cases and shall be by Council learned in
       the Law devised or advised and required  In Witness whereof the said Parties
       to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year
       first above written

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorsed Viz.t

          Sealed and delivered by all the Partys within named (being first duly stampt) in
          the Presence of us

                                     Tho.s Turner      Dowgate Hill London

       Be it remembered that before James Townsend Esquire Lord Mayor of
       the City of London on Wednesday the sixteenth Day of June in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand seven hundred and seventy three in the same City personally came
       and appeared John Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife in the within written Indenture
       of Release named and then and there acknowledged the said Indenture of Release
       and the Indenture of Lease for a Year referred to thereby to be their Act and Deed
       and that they executed the same for the Purposes therein mentioned and the said
       Elizabeth being examined seperately and apart from her said Husband acknowledged
       that she executed the same Indentures of Lease and Release freely and voluntarily
       and without any Force Fear or Compulsion of or from her said Husband and that
       at the Time of the Execution thereof she knew the same to be a Conveyance of all
       her Estate in the Hereditaments and Premisses within mentioned  In Witness
       whereof the said Lord Mayor hath hereunto subscribed his Name
