643 assigns as aforesaid unto the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus their Heirs Exors Admors and Assigns to the Use of them the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus their Heirs Exors Admors and Assigns for ever according to the Nature and Quality thereof Nevertheless upon Trust and to the Intent and Purpose that they the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs Exors Admors of such Survivor shall and do with all convenient Speed make sale and dispose of the said Premisses mentioned to be hereby released and assigned as aforesaid either together or in Parcels to any Person or Persons whomsoever for the best Price and Prices in Money that can be reasonably had or obtained for the same and shall and do stand and be possessed and interested of and in the Monies arising from or by such Sale or Sales and also the immediate Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses upon such Trusts and to and for such Intents and Purposes and with under and subject to Powers Provisoes Declarations and Agreement as in and by the said in part recited Indenture Tripartite are declared or expressed of and concerning the Trust Monies and Estate therein mentioned and pay and apply the same accordingly so Nevertheless as that the said several yearly Sums or Allowances of five hundred Pounds four hundred Pounds and three hundred Pounds in the same Indenture mentioned or any of them shall not be increased thereby And it is hereby agreed and declared that the Receipt or Receipts of the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus or ^the^ Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs Exors or Admors of such Survivor or other the Trustees or Trustee for the Time being for the Purpose aforesaid signed with their or his proper Hands or Hand shall from Time to Time be a good and sufficient Discharge to the Purchasor or Purchasors of all or any of the said Premisses mentioned to be hereby released and assigned as aforesaid or any Part or parcel thereof and that such Purchasor or Purchasors his her or their Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall not afterwards be answerable or accountable for any Loss Misapplication or Nonapplication of his her or their purchase Money or any Part thereof And the said John Buchanan for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Doth covenant promise and agree to and with the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these Presents in the Manner following (that is to say) that he the (said) |
