       Things whatsoever to the said premisses belonging or in any Wise appertaining  And also all other
       the Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Goods and Chattles and Parts and Shares of
       Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Goods and Chattles whatsoever late of him the
       said John Buchanan in Maryland aforesaid with their and every of their Appurtenances and
       which are mentioned to be released and assigned by the said part recited Indenture of the said
       twenty second Day of May as aforesaid either together or in parcels to any Person or Persons
       whomsoever for the best price and prices that can be reasonably had and obtained for the same
       and to sign and execute and as our Acts and Deeds to seal and deliver all such Deeds
       Releases and Conveyances as shall or may thereupon become necessary or as our said Attorneys
       jointly or any of them seperately shall be advised or think fit  And also for us and in our Names
       or otherwise (but to our Use as Trustees as aforesaid) to ask demand sue for levy recover take
       and receive of and from all and every person and persons whomsoever all such Rent and
       Rents or Arrears of Rent and Rents Profits and Produce which now is or are due to us
       or which at any Time or Times hereafter shall or may belong or become due or owing and
       payable to us the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund
       Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus (as Trustees as aforesaid) upon
       or for or in respect of the said Premisses in the said Province of Maryland or elsewhere in
       North America  And upon Receipt thereof or of any part thereof in our Names (as Trustees as aforesaid)
       or in the Names of our said Attorneys jointly or any of them seperately to make and give Acquitances
       and Discharges for the same and to remit return send and consign all and singular such Sum and
       Sums of Money Goods Effects Rents Profits and Produce which they the said Daniel
       Dulany and Gilbert Buchanan James Dick and Anthony Stewart jointly or any of them
       seperately at any Time or Times hereafter shall recover and receive or possess themselves of
       by Virtue of these presents or any Thing herein contained unto us the said John Rogers
       Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale
       and Thomas Porteus in London or to such other person or persons as we shall by Writing under our
       Hands for that Purpose order direct or appoint and also upon Nonpayment of such Rent or Arrears
       of Rent or Rents of all or any of the said Premisses to make or cause to be made any Distress
       or Distresses and to take all due Methods for the Sale thereof and also to make or cause to be
       made any Entry or Entries into or upon the Whole or any part of the said premisses  And to do all
       and every such further and other lawful Acts and Deeds and other Matters for the better
       executing and discharging the Powers and Authorities hereby given as to the said Daniel
       Dulany Gilbert Buchanan James Dick and Anthony Stewart jointly or any of them seperately
       shall seem meet  Giving and by these presents Granting unto our said Attornies jointly
       and each of them seperately our full and whole Power and Authority to do and act in the
       Premisses as fully and effectually to all Intents and Purposes as we ourselves might or could
