       do if personally present  Ratifying and by these Presents Confirming all and
       whatsoever our said Attorneys jointly or any of them seperately shall lawfully do or cause to
       be done in and about the Premisses  And know ye further by these presents that We the
       said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan for divers good Causes and Considerations us
       thereunto especially moving Have and each of us Hath ratified and confirmed and by
       these presents Do and each of us doth ratify and confirm the above Appointment
       of the said Daniel Dulany Gilbert Buchanan James Dick and Anthony Stewart
       and all and singular the Clauses Matters and Things herein contained and likewise
       all such Acts Matters and Things as the said Daniel Dulany Gilbert Buchanan
       James Dick and Anthony Stewart jointly or any of them seperately shall do or cause to
       be done in pursuance of these presents  And we the said John Buchanan and
       Gilbert Buchanan do hereby covenant promise and agree to and with the said John
       Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson
       Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus their respective Heirs Exors & Admors that we will
       not impede cancel revoke or make void all or any of the Powers or Authorities hereby
       given  In Witness whereof we the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke
       John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and
       also the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan have hereunto set our Hands
       and Seals the twenty third Day of November in the Year of our Lord One thousand

       Lord Mayor of the City of London  In Pursuance of an Act of Parliament
       made and passed in the fifth Year of the Reign of ^his^ late Majesty King George the second
       Intituled an Act for the more easy recovery of Debts in his Majesty's Plantations
       and Colonies in America  Do hereby certify that on the Day of the Date hereof
       personally came and appeared before me Thomas Turner and Benjamin
       Sherring the Deponents named in the Affidavit hereunto annexed being Persons
       well known and worthy of good Credit and by solemn Oath which the said Deponents
       then took before me upon the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God Did solemnly and
