       otherwise to make or give such Receipt or Receipts or Discharges for the same as our said
       Attorneys or either of them shall think proper  And also for us and in our Names or otherwise to
       settle any Account or Accounts wherein (as Trustees as aforesaid) we now are or at any Time or
       Times hereafter shall or may be any Ways interested or concerned with any Person or Persons
       whomsoever relating to any Matter or Thing whatsoever and to pay or receive the Ballance as
       the same shall happen to be and also for us and in our Names to compound with any Person
       or Persons for or in respect of any Debt or Debts Sum or Sums which now is or are or shall
       at any Time or Times hereafter become due or owing or payable to us (as Trustees as aforesaid)
       And also for us and in our Names or in the Names of the said John Buchanan and
       Gilbert Buchanan or either of them to appear and the Persons of us their said Constituents and
       of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan to represent in all Courts and before all
       Ministers and Magistrates of Law and Equity whatsoever in the said Province of Maryland or
       else where in North America as by our said Attorneys jointly or any of them seperately shall
       be thought adviceable and most conductive to our Interest (as Trustees as aforesaid) And to
       sue arrest distrain seize sequester imprison and condemn and out of prison again to release acquit and
       discharge all Persons and Things whatsoever indebted or which shall or may be indebted to us (as
       Trustees as aforesaid) or to which we now are or may or can at any Time hereafter have any lawful
       Claim or Demand and also to compound or compromise or submit to Arbitration conclude and
       agree the same as they our said Attorneys jointly or any of them seperately shall think most
       for our Benefit and Advantage and for that Purpose for us and in our Names (as
       Trustees as aforesaid) to enter into make and execute such Bonds of Arbitrations Releases and
       Discharges as shall be thought needful and necessary and also for us and in our Names
       Place and Stead (as Trustees as aforesaid) to use and take all such Ways and Means for
       the managing transacting and negotiating our Business and Affairs as Trustees as aforesaid
       And for the recovering and getting in all such Sum or Sums of Money Goods Chattles or
       Effects in the said Province of Maryland or elsewhere in North America as our said Attorneys
       jointly or any of them seperately shall think most fitt and proper in any Wise
       howsoever and as we ourselves might do use or take (as Trustees as aforesaid) if personally present  And
       also for us and in our Names (as Trustees as aforesaid) with all convenient Speed to make ^sale^ take and
       dispose of the said one undivided third Part (the Whole into three equal Parts to be divided
       late of him the said John Buchanan of and in the said Estate called or known by the Name
       of the Nottingham Iron Works situate in the said Province of Maryland in North America
       and of and in all Iron Works Forges Houses Mills Erections Buildings Lands Tenements and
       Hereditaments whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining or deemed taken
       or known as Part Parcel or Member thereof with the Appurtenanances  And also of and
       in all and singular the Materials Tools Supplements Utensills and Fixtures Matters and
