       had made committed done acknowledg'd or suffered or caused to be had made committed done acknowledged or suffered
       by the said Thomas Bladen or by any other Person or Persons whatsoever  And the said Thomas Bladen
       for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant promise and agree to and with the
       said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents that he the said Thomas Bladen his
       Heirs Executors and Administrators and all and every Person or Persons now having or lawfully
       claiming or who shall or may hereafter have or lawfully claim any Estate Right Title or Interest of in
       or to the said Premisses hereby granted bargained and sold or of in or to any Part or Parcel thereof by
       from or under him them or any of them shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter
       at the reasonable Request and at the proper Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Thomas Bladen
       his Heirs or Assigns make do acknowledge levy suffer and execute or cause and procure to be made done acknowledged
       levied suffered and executed all and every such further and other reasonable Act and Acts Thing and
       Things Devise and Devises Assurance and Assurances Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law whatsoever
       for the further better and more perfect Conveying and assuring ratifying and confirming of the said Premisses
       hereby granted bargained and sold with all and singular their and every of their Appurtenances unto and
       to the Use of the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and
       Meaning of these Presents as by the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns or any of them or by
       his or their or any of their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required
       And it is hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said Parties that the Receit or Receits of the said
       Daniel Dulany for all every or any Sum or Sums of Money for which he shall sell the said hereby bargained
       and sold Premisses or any Part or Parts thereof shall be good and sufficient Discharges to the respective
       Purchasors thereof or any Part thereof for all and every Sum and Sums of Money that shall be expressed
       in such respective Receit or Receits and that such respective Purchasor or Purchasors their Heirs Exors
       Admors or Assigns respectively shall not be answerable or accountable to the said Thomas Bladen his
       Exors or Admors for the said respective Sums or any Part thereof or any loss that shall or may happen
       therein or any Misapplication thereof  in Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written
