609) clear of elder Surveys situate and being in Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland aforesaid and all Houses Outhouses Tenements Buildings and Erections thereon and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and singular the said Premisses and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Benifit Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Thomas Bladen of into and out of the said Premisses and every Part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances together with all Deeds and Writings any Ways concerning the same or any Part thereof To have and to hold the said Messuages Tenements Lands and Premisses and all and singular other the Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby granted bargained and sold and every Part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns To the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Daniel Dulany his Heir sand Assigns for ever And the said Thomas Bladen doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators covenant & promise to and with the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns in manner following that is to say that he the said Thomas Bladen now at the Time of the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents is and standeth lawfully and rightfully and absolutely siezed of and in all and singular the said Messuages Tenements Lands and Premisses hereby granted bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be of a good sure perfect absolute and indefeazible Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple without any Reversion or Remainder Condition Proviso Limitation Power of Revocation or other Matter or Thing whatsoever to alter Change charge revoke make void or determine the same And that for and notwithstanding any Act Matter and Thing by him heretofore done or committed to the contrary he the said Thomas Bladen hath in himself good Right full Power and lawful and absolute Authority to grant bargain and sell all and singular the said Messuages Tenements Lands and Premisses hereby mentioned or intended to be granted bargained and sold and every Part thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns To the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns according to the true intent and Meaning of these Presents And that it shall and may be lawfull to and for the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter peaceably and quietly to enter into have hold use occupy possess and enjoy all and singular the said Premisses with the Appurtenances herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted Bargained and sold and to take and receive the Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part thereof to his and their own Use and Uses without any Trouble or Molestation whatsoever from the said Thomas Bladen or from any Person or Persons claiming or to claim by from or under him them or any of them And that free and clear and freely and clearly acquitted Exonerated and discharged or otherwise by the said Thomas Bladen his Heirs Executors or Administrators of from and against and all Manner of former and other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Leases Mortgages Jointures Dowers Wills Uses Intails Fines Amerciaments Statutes Judg^e^ments Recognizances Executions Extents Deeds Titles Troubles Forfeitures Annuities and Incumberances whatso^e^ver |
