       and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said several Tracts or Parcells of Land belonging or in
       anywise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues & Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcell thereof  And also all the
       Right Title Interest Property Claim & Demand which the said Peter Presly Thornton
       hath of in and to the said Premises  To have and to hold the Premises herein before
       mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and sold with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto the said John Tayloe his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of him
       the said John Tayloe his Heirs and Assigns for ever  And he the said Peter Presly Thornton
       for himself & for his Heirs Executors and Administrators Doth covenant promise and grant to
       and with the said John Tayloe his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Peter Presly Thornton
       shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter on the reasonable request of me
       at the proper Cost and Charges in the Law of the said John Tayloe his Heirs and Assigns
       make do & execute or Cause or procure to be made done and executed all and every such further &
       other reasonable Act and Acts Thing and Things Devises Assurances & Conveyances in the
       Law for the better and more perfect Conveying and Assuring the Premises before
       mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and sold with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto the said John tayloe his Heirs and Assigns as by the said John Tayloe his Heirs and
       Assigns or his or ^their^ Councill learned in the Law Shall be reasonably devised advised or
       required and the said Peter Presly Thornton hath made ordained constituted and appointed
       and hereby doth make ordain constitute and appoint Samuel Galloway and Joseph
       Galloway of the County of Ann Arundel Esquire In the aforesaid Province of Maryland
       his Attorneys jointly and each of them his Attorney severally for him the said Peter
       Presly Thornton to appear in the Provincial Court of the said Province of Maryland or
       before any one Justice thereof & in the said Court or before the said Justice as the Attorney or
       Attorneys of him the said Peter Presly Thornton to acknowledge this Indenture to be the
       Act and Deed of him the said Peter Presly Thornton and the Lands and Premises above
       mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said John Tayloe his Heirs and Assigns according
       to the true Intent and Meaning of this Indenture or in any other Manner to acknowledge
       this Indenture according to the Act or Acts of Assembly of the said Province of Maryland
       in such Case made and provided  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written
