       Beginning at three blazed locust Saplins standing on s.d Patapsco River at the upper
       Side of a Cove at the Head of which is a ^small^ Marsh and running from thence North 81¾ Deg W 8
       Poles thence N.o 26½ Deg E 8 Poles thence N.o 32 Deg 83 Poles thence S.o 68½ Deg E 15
       Poles to a large white oak Standing on the Edge of the aforesaid Marsh thence N.o 20½ Deg
       E 100½ Poles till it intersects the West one hundred & fifteen perch Line of the original Tract
       of Brothers inheritance thence West 14 Poles to the End of the aforesaid Line thence still with
       said Land North W by W forty four Poles till it intersects the North Line of Ellis's Chance
       thence reserving the said Line South 57 Poles to the End of the East 160 Perch Line of said
       Ellis's Chance thence West 108 Poles to the End of the fifty two Perch Line from the second Tree
       of Dearing's Increase being the first Line of a Part of Brother Inheritance that was sold by Col.o
       William Hammond to the Baltimore Company thence with the Lines of the said Parcell of
       Land S.o 15 Degrees West 32 Poles thence still with the said Land S.o 5 Deg W 62 Poles to
       the River and out Lines of the original Tract of Brothers Inheritance and thence runing
       with the aforesaid out Liens of said Tract to the Beginning containing Eighty three
       and an half Acres (More or less) And all Houses out Houses, Edifices, Buildings, Yards,
       Gardens, Orchards, Ways, Waters, Water Courses Profits Commodities, Heriditiments
