          Members and Appurtenances and one undivided third part of the said Iron Oar
       Iron Mine and Iron Stone and one undivided third part of the said Liberties and
       Priviledges herein before granted or mentioned or intended so to be to him the said
       John Buchanan his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him
       the said John Buchanan his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use
       Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Benjamin Howard for himself his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant and grant to and with the
       said James Russell Walter Ewer John Ewer and John Buchanan their Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns in Manner and form following that is
       to say That he the said Benjamin Howard and his Heirs the said one hundred
       Acres of Land with its Rights Members and Appurtenances and the said Iron
       Oar Iron Mine and Iron Stone Liberties and Priviledges herein before granted
       or mentioned or intended so to be from and against him the said Benjamin
       Howard and his Heirs and all Persons claiming by from or under him ^them^ or
       any of them to the aforesaid James Russell Walter Ewer John Ewer and
       John Buchanan their Heirs and Assigns in undivided parts as aforesaid
       shall and will warrant and for ever defend and further that he the said
       Benjamin Howard and his Heirs and all Persons claiming by from or
       under him them or any of them shall and will at any Time or Times
       hereafter upon the reasonable request and at the Costs and Charges in the
       Law of the said James Russell Walter Ewer John Ewer and John Buchanan
       or either of them their or either of their Heirs or      Assigns make do levy
       suffer Execute and acknowledge any such further or other Act Deed or
       Assurance of and for the said Premises herein before granted or mentioned
       to be granted be the same by common Recovery or otherwise as shall be
       devised and required so as such Act Deed or Assurance contain therein
       no further or other Warranty or Covenant than is herein contained In
      Witness whereof the parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within
       named James Russell Walter Ewer John Ewer and John Buchanan the sum of
       five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration within mentioned to be by
       them paid to me                                       I say received by
