       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and ^other^ Profits of the said Land and Premises
       hereby granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and every Part and Parcell
       thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       both in Law and Equity of the said John Creagar therein and thereunto belonging
       To have and to hold the Tract or Parcell of Land aforesaid and Premises with the
       Appurtenances to him the said Reverdy Ghiselin his heirs and Assigns for ever to the only
       Proper Use and Behoof of him the said Reverdy Ghiselin his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said John Creagar
       for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Doth ^covenant^ grant Covenant and agree to
       and with the said Reverdy Ghiselin his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents that
       the said John Creagar and his Heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all
       Times hereafter Warrant and defend all the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land and
       Premises with the Appurtenances herein before granted bargained sold aliened
       enfeoffed and Confirmed from and against all Manner of Person and ^or^ Persons whatsoever
       claiming by from or under him the said John Creagar his Heirs and Assigns
       Provided always and it is the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents that if
       the said John Creagar his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns do and shall
       well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Reverdy Ghiselin his Heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns the Sum of eighty Pounds nine Shillings and four
       Pence Current Money on the first day of May next with legal Interest from the Eleventh
       Day of December instant  Also the further Sum of one hundred Pounds like Money
       on the first Day of May next with legal Interest thereon from the fifteenth Day of
       October seventeen hundred and seventy one also the further Sum of one hundred
       Pounds like Money on the first day of May in the Year seventeen hundred
       five with legal Interest thereon from the fifteenth Day of October seventeen hundred
       seventy ^one^ also the further Sum of one hundred Pounds like Money on the first day of May seventeen hundred
       seventy six with legal Interest thereon from the fifteenth day of October seventeen hundred and
       seventy one also the further Sum of one hundred and thirteen Pounds like Money on the
       first day of May ^in the year^ seventeen hundred and seventy seven with legal Interest thereon
       from the fifteenth day of October ^seventeen hundred^ and seventy one all which respective Sums of Money
       the said John Creagar binds himself his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns
       to pay unto the said Reverdy Ghiselin his his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns
       on the respective days and Times herein before mentioned and for which said
       respective Sums of Money the said John Creagar hath passed his Bonds to the
       said Reverdy Ghiselin to be paid at the Days and Times in the said Bonds
       mentioned with legal Interest thereon that then these Presents shall be void
       and of none Effect otherwise to be and remain in full Force and the said John
       Creagar doth by these Presents bind himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       to pay the said respective Sums of Money and the Interest thereon arising on the
