       Purposes as I might or could do were I personally present or as if the Matter required more specially
       and ample Authority than is herein given  Also to make constitute and appoint one or more Attorneys
       under him for the aforesaid purposes and again at Pleasure to revoke and annull these
       same Ratifying allowing and holding for firm effectual and valid all and whatsoever my said
       Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in and About the Premises by Virtue hereof  In Witness
       whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal in Finnchal in the Island of Madeira (whereon
       stamped Paper is to be had) on this thirtieth day of June in the thirteenth Year of his Majesty's Reign
       and in y.e Year of our Lord God; one thousand seven hundred and seventy three

                                        Richard Jackson      At the Foot of the foregoing Power of Attorney was
4 sides                                                            thus written viz

       On the 4.th Day of November 1773 Richard Jackson one of the subscribing Witnesses to the
       above Power of Attorney made oath on the Holy Evangels that he saw the above named
       Joseph Gilliss sign seal and deliver the above Instrument of Writing as his Act and Deed
       and that he the said Richard Jackson together with George Brown subscribed the same
       as Evidences before                        Dan of S Thomas Jenifer

       This Indenture made this thirteenth day of December one thousand seven hundred
       and seventy three  Between John Creagar of Frederick County in the Province
       of Maryland Farmer of the one Part and Reverdy Ghiselin of the City of
       Annapolis ^Gentleman^ of the other Part Witnesseth that the said John Creagar for and
       in Consideration of the Sum of seven hundred and ten Pounds Current Money to him
       in hand paid by the said Reverdy Ghiselin at or before the Ensealing and Delivery
       Hereof well and truly paid the receipt of which the said John Creagar
       doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof
       doth clearly acquit release and discharge the said Reverdy Ghiselin his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them for ever by these Presents
       the said John Creagar doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said
       Reverdy Ghiselin his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract or Parcel of
       Land called ^Third Addition to the^ Resurvey on Fountain Law lying and being in Frederick County
       containing seven hundred and ten Acres more or less with all and singular the Edifices
       Improvements and Appurtenances to the said Lands belonging or in any Manner
       appurtaining to belong to the said Land and Reversion and Reversions
