This Indenture made the first Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
       and seventy three  Between Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esquire Barrester at Law and Daniel
       Dulany the Younger of the same place Esquire Eldest Son and Heir Apparent of the said first named
       Daniel Dulany  Whereas the said first named Daniel Dulany is seised of divers Lands and
       Tenements situate & being in Frederick County whereof several parcels are under Lease reserving
       Certain rents and also has the legal Estate in certain lands in the said County under Mortgage
       the Equity of Redemption being in some other person or persons and whereas the said first named
       Daniel Dulany may be liable in pursuance of the Contract or last will & Testament of Daniel
       Dulany Esquire deceased Father of the said first ^named^ Daniel Dulany and also in pursuance of his the
       said first named Daniel Dulany his Contract or Agreement to convey some tracts or parcels of Land
       in the said County and whereas the said first named Daniel Dulany is desireous of transferring
       by Gift to the said Daniel Dulany the Younger all his the said first named Daniel Dulanys
       Lands and Tenements in the said County saving and excepted the tract of land called Locust
       Levell and the Resurvey thereof also such Lands as the said first named Daniel Dulany holdeth
       under Mortgage also such Lands as He the said first named Daniel Dulany may be liable in
       Pursuance of the Contract or will of the aforesaid Daniel Dulany deceased or in Pursuance of
       his the said first named Daniel Dulanys Contract or Agreement to convey and saving reserving
       and excepted all Rents already become due ^From the Tenants of the same first named Daniel Dulany and which shall become due^ at the next time of Payment and no Longer

           Now this Indenture witnesseth that the aforesaid first named Daniel Dulany for and in
       Consideration of the Love and Affection which He hath for and beareth unto his said son
       Daniel Dulany the Younger hath given and by these presents doth give unto the said Daniel
       Dulany the Younger all the Lands and Tenements whereof He the said first named Daniel
       Dulany is seized in Frederick County saving reserving and excepted in manner above recited
       and also the Reversion & Reversions Remainder and Remainders of all Lands and Tenements
       belonging to the said Daniel Dulany first above named in the said County saving reserving &
       excepted in manner above recited  To have and to Hold all and Singular the premisses hereby
       given by the aforesaid first named Daniel Dulany unto the said Daniel Dulany the Younger
       his Heirs and Assigns to and for his & their proper use and Behoof  In Witness whereof the
       aforesaid first named Daniel Dulany hath hereunto affixed his Hand & Seal the Day and Year
       first above written

                   James Dick            On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz
                   Anthony Stewart

                                        On this Eighth Day of October in the Year one thousand Seven hundred and
       Seventy three came Daniel Dulany Esquire Barrister at Law before me the Subscriber
       one of the Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged this Deed according to the form
       of the Act of Assembly in such case made and provided
