       the full End and Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and Ended
       To the Intent and Purpose that by Force & Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for transferring Uses
       into possession the same Edward Lloyd may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses and thereby be
       enabled to take and accept a grant & release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs
       for ever  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably ^set^ their Hands

                      This Indenture Tripartite made this sixteenth Day of April in the Year of our Lord
       one thousand seven hundred and seventy three Between William Garey of Talbot County Planter of the
       first Part Edward Lloyd of the same Place ^Esquire^ of the second Part and James ^Tilghman^ the third Esquire of Annapolis of
       the third Part  Witnesseth that the said William Garey for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twelve hundred
       Pounds Current Money to him in Hand paid by the same Edward Lloyd at or before the Sealing and
       delivery hereof the Receipt of which Money is hereby Acknowledged and for the Docking ^Barring^ and extinguishing
       all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon Expectant or depending of and in the
       Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned he the same William Garey hath
       granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth grant bargain
       sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto the same Edward Lloyd (in his Actual Possession now being
       by Virtue of a Bargain and sale to him thereof made by the said William Garey bearing Date the Day
       next before the Day of the Date of these Presents for one whole year commencing from the Day next
       before the Day of the Date thereof and by Force of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession)
       his Heirs and Assigns all that Tract of Land called Wilton lying in Talbot County at the Head of
       the dividing Branch near the Head of the Middle Branch of Wye River containing six hundred and fifty
       Acres of Land more or less all that other Tract of Land called Fortune lying in Talbot County at the
       Head of one of the Brances of S.t Michaels River containing one hundred and fifty Acres more or less
       all that other Tract of Land called Little Britain lying in Talbot County at the Head of S.t Michaels
       River containing one hundred and fifty Acres more or less; all that other Tract of Land called Brafferton
       lying in Talbot County on the North side of the Mill Branch of S.t Michaels River containing one
