557 hundred Acres of Land more or less all that other Tract of Land called Knightly lying in Talbot County on the North side of S.t Michaels River containing one hundred Acres more or less; all that other Tract of Land called Soldiers Delivery lying in Talbot County on the North Side of S.t Michaels River & on the South Side of a Creek in the said River called Bear Point Creek containing one hundred Acres more or less all that other Tract of Land called Tod upon Derwan alias Tod upon Dorrant alias Tod upon Durwan lying in Talbot County on the North Side of S.t Michaels River & on the South Side of Dirvand Creek containing four hundred Acres more or less all that other Tract of Land called Gareys Delight lying on the North Side of S.t Michaels River & on the Eastern Side of Bare Point Creek in Talbot County containing fifty Acres of Land more or less all that other Tract of Land called Knightlys Addition lying in Talbot County on the North Side of S.t Michaels River & on the Eastern Side of Bare Point Creek containing Fifty Acres more or less; all that other Tract of Land called Fortune lying in Talbot County af.d on the North Side of S.t Michaels River & on the South Side of Bare Point Creek containing Fifty two Acres more or less; also all that other Tract of Land called Dirty Weedon lying in Talbot County on the North Side of S.t Michaels River betwixt the Branches of Hunting Creek & Leedes Creek containing one hundred & eighty Acres more or less; also all that other Tract of Land lying in Talbot County on the North Side of S.t Michaels River Between the Branches of Hunting Creek & Leeds ^his^ Creek which said Land is called Dirty Wynn Addition alias Dirty Weeden Addition & Contains one hundred Acres more or less; & also all that other Tract of Plantable ^Land^ called Gareys Security lying in Talbot County on the North Side of S.t Michaels River & on the South Side of a ^Creek^ in the said River called Leeds Creek containing one hundred and twenty four Acres more or less together with all Edefices Buildings Improvements Commodities Priveledges Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the af.d several Tracts or Parcells of Lands belonging or anywise Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of each of them and every Part thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Property claim and Demand whatsoever of him the same William Garey of into or out of the aforesaid Tracts or Parcells of Land & every of them To have and to hold the said several Tracts or Parcells of Land and all and singular the Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the same Edward Lloyd his Heirs and Assigns To the Intent and Purpose that the said Edward Lloyd may and become Perfect Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance of the said Premisses that a Commony Recovery or Recoveries may be had and suffered against him the said Edward Lloyd in such Manner as is herein after mentioned And for that Purpose it is hereby covenanted granted and agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that before the End of this Present April Provincial Court one or ^more^ Writ or Writs of Entry sur Disseisin en le post at the Costs and Charges of the said William Garey shall and ^may^ be brought and Prosecuted against him the same Edward Lloyd in the Name of ^the^ said James ^Tilghman^ as Plaintiff or Demandant therein of and for the aforesaid several Tracts and Parcells of Land and all and singular the Premisses with the Appurtenances by such Name or Names Quantities ^Qualities^ Numbers or Contents of Acres or other Certainties and descriptions as shall be apt and Convenient in that behalf to which writ or writs the said Edward Lloyd shall and will appear gratis in his proper Person or by his Attorney or Attornies lawfully authorised and shall vouch to Warrant the Premisses the said William Garey who shall likewise appear gratis in his Proper Person by his Attorney or Attornies lawfully authorised and shall and will enter into the said Warranty and vouch over to warrant the same Premisses with the Appurtenances the common Vouchee who shall thereupon Appear and enter into the said Warranty and after Imparlance make default and such further and other Proceeding shall be therein so that one or more good and Perfect Common Recovery or Recoveries with double Voucher for assurance of Lands in such Case used and accustomed may be had perfected and Executed (and) |
