Ex.d
       This Indenture made this fifteenth Day of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand
       seven hundred and seventy three  Between William Garey of Talbot County in the
       Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part and Edward Lloyd of the same Place Esquire
       of the other Part  Witnesseth that the said William Garey for & in Consideration of
       of the Sum of Five Shillings Sterling Money to him in ^hand^ paid by the same Edward
       Lloyd at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is
       hereby Acknowledged hath granted bargained & sold & by these Presents doth
       grant bargain & sell unto the same Edward Lloyd his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns all that Tract of Land called Wilton lying in Talbot County at the
       Head of the dividing Branch near the Head of the Middle Branch of Wye River containing
       six hundred & fifty Acres of Land more or less all that other Tract of Land called Fortune
       lying in Talbot County at the Head of one of the Branches of S.t Michaels River Containing
       one hundred and fifty Acres more or less all that other Tract of Land called little Britain lying in
       Talbot County at the Head of S.t Michaels River containing one hundred and fifty Acres more or less all
       that other Tract of Land called Brafferton lying Talbot County on the North Side of the Mill
       Branch of S.t Michaels River containing one hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances more
       or less all that other Tract of Land ^called^ Knightly lying in Talbot County on the North Side of
       S.t Michaels River containing one hundred Acres more or less all that other Tract of Land called
       Soldiers Delight lying in Talbot County on the North Side of S.t Michaels River and on the
       South Side of ^a^ Creek in the said River called Bear Point Creek containing one hundred Acres
       more or less all that other Tract of Land called Tod upon Derwan alias Tod upon Dorrant
       alias Tod upon Dunyan lying in Talbot County on the North Side of S.t Michaels River
       & on the south Side ^of^ Duvan Creek containing four hundred Acres more or less all that other
       Tract of Land Gareys Delight lying on the North Side of S.t Michaels River & on the eastern
       Side of Bear Port Creek in Talbot County containing fifty Acres of Land more or less all that
       other Tract of Land called Knightlys Addition lying in Talbot County on the North Side of
       S.t Michaels River & on the Eastern Side of Beare Point Creek containing fifty Acres more or less  
       all that other Tract of Land called Fortune lying in Talbot County af.d on the North Side
       of S.t Michaels River & on the South Side of Bare Point Creek contain^in^g fifty two Acres more or less
       also all that other Tract of Land also all that the Tract of Land called Dirty Weedon lying in
       Talbot County on the North Side of S.t Michaels River betwixt the Branches of Hunting
       Creek & Leed^e^s Creek containing one hundred and eighty Acres more or less also all that other Tract of
       & contains one hundred Acres more or less; and also all that other Tract of Land called Garey's Security lying
       in Talbot County on the North Side of S.t Michaels River & on the South Side of a bank in the said
       River called Leeds Creek containing one hundred and twenty four Acres more or less together with all
       Edefices Buildings Improvements Previledges Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Land
       & every Part and Parcell thereof belonging or in anywise Appertaining and the Reversion & Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of each and every Part & Parcell thereof
       To have and to hold the aforesaid several Tracts & Parcells of Land and all and Singular the
       Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the same Edward Lloyd his Executors Administrators
