       parcels of Land or parts of Tracts or parcels of Land Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings
       Furnaces Grist Mills Saw Mills and all and singular other the premises herein before
       mentioned or intended to be by these presents Granted and released and each and every
       of ^them with each and every of^ their Hereditaments and Appurtenances unto the said Legh Master his Heirs and Assigns
       forever to the only proper use and behoof of the said Legh Master his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  And the said William Buchanan
       for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant grant and agree to and
       with the said Legh Master his Heirs and Assigns that he the said William Buchanan
       will indemnify and save Harmless the said Legh Master his Heirs and assigns from all
       Incumbrances of Debts chargeable upon the sid Lands whither in Time of the possessorship
       of the said William Buchanan or in the time of the patentees or the mesne possessors
       And whereas a Certain Michael Arthur claims part of the Tract of Land called Look
       about and a certain Charles Warfield claims part of the af.d Tract of Land called
       Brothers Inheritance and a certain John England claims part of the Tract of Land
       called Brothers Inheritance now the said William Buchanan doth for himself his
       Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the
       said Legh Master his Heirs and Assigns  That he the said William Buchanan shall and
       will prosecute and defend all such proper Suit or Suits either at Law or Equity jointly
       or seperately with the said Legh Master his Heirs ^or^ and Assigns as May be necessary for
       the better and more perfect and indefeasible estate in fee simple of in and to the said disputed
       Tracts or parcels of Land and every part thereof without any delay and at the proper Costs
       and Charges of the said William Buchanan his Heirs Executors and administrators and
       by and with the advise and Consent of the said Legh Master his Heirs and assigns and
       that in Case the said Michael Arthur Charles Warfield or John England or either of
       them or either of their Heirs or Assigns should happen to recover any part of the aforesaid
       Tracts of Land then and in such case the said William Buchanan Covenant and agree
       for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators  That he the said William
       Buchanan his Heirs Executors or Administrators or some or one of them shall make
       adequate satisfaction to the said Legh Master his Heirs or Assigns for such Quantity
       of Acres as may be Confirmed or recovered by the said Michael Arthur Charles
       Warfield or John England or either of them their or either of their ^Heirs or^ Assigns immediately
       after such confirmation or recovery agreeable to certain Articles in writing entered
       into the second day of June in the year seventeen hundred and seventy between the
       said William Buchanan and Legh Master  And also that he the said William Buchanan
       and his Heirs and all and every other person and persons whatsoever any thing having
       or lawfully Claiming of into or out of the said several Tracts or parcels of Land
