       or parts of Tracts or parcels of Land by these presents Granted and released or ment or intended
       to be Granted and released by from or under the said the said William Buchanan or any of
       his Ancestors or predecessors in any wise shall and will at any time or times hereafter at the
       reasonable request and at the proper Costs and Charges in Law of the said Legh Master his Heirs
       or assigns make do acknowledge levy execute suffer and perfect or cause to be made don
       acknowledged levied executed suffered and perfected all and every such further and other lawfull
       and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Deeds Devises conveyances and assurances in
       the Law whatsoever for the further & better perfect & absolute Granting Conveying assuring &
       Confirming all and singular the said Tracts or parcels of Land or parts of Tracts or parcels
       of Land Buildings Furnace and Mills with their and every of their Hereditaments and
       appurtenances by these presents Granted and released or ment to be granted and released and
       every part thereof unto the said Legh Master his Heirs and assigns for ever in such sort
       manner and form as by the said Legh Master his Heirs or Assigns or by his or their
       Councel learned in the Law shall be lawfully and reasonably devised advised or required
       provided the same do not include a General Warranty or any Covenant amounting thereto
       And the said William Buchanan doth for himself and his Heirs Grant and agree to and with
       the said Legh Master his Heirs and Assigns that he the said William Buchanan and
       his Heirs all and singular the said several ^Tracts or^ parcels of Land or parts of Tracts or parcels of Land
       Buildings Furnaces Mills and premisses with their and each of their Hereditaments and
       Appurtenances by these presents Granted and released or ment mentioned or intended to be
       Granted and released and every part and parcel thereof unto the said Legh Master his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever against him the said William Buchanan and his heirs
       and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever claiming or to Claim the
       same or any part thereof by from or under him them or any of them in any wise shall
       and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents  In Witness whereof the parties
       to these presents have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above
       written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence off
       the words Claims part being first Interlined and                  W.m Buchanan         (seal)
       also the words provided the same do not include
       a General Warranty or any Covenant amounting thereto
