538 who conveyed the same to Benjamin Arnold who afterwards reconveyed the same to the said William Buchanan Also part of another Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County af.d called and known by the Name of Bottom and Top containing Fifty acres ^of Land^ more or less formerly conveyed by Anthony Arnold to a certain James White who afterwards conveyed the same to the said William Buchanan Also one other tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County af.d called part of the resurvey on Gabriels Choice containing eighty Acres of Land more or less originally patented to Gabriel McKinsey who afterwards conveyed the same to the said William Buchanan Also part of a Tract of Land called Edward's Fancy situate lying and being in Frederick County af.d containing Twenty one Acres of Land originally patented to Edward Stepenson and by him conveyed to the said William Buchanan Also one other tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in Frederick County af.d called and known by the name of the red Budd containing twenty one Acres of Land originally patented to the said Edward Stevenson and by him also conveyed to the said William Buchanan Also one other Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County af.d called and known by the name of Neglect containing sixty five Acres and one Quarter of an Acre of Land originally patented to the said William Buchanan Also one other Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County af.d called and known by the name of Firelock containing Fourteen acres of Land and patented to the said William Buchanan Also one other tract or parcel of Land Situate lying and being in Frederick County afd called and known by the name of Content containing Ninety Eight Acres of Land and patented to the said William Buchanan Also one other tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County af.d called Cool evening containing twenty five acres patented to the said Benedict Swope and by him conveyed to the said William Buchanan which patent bears date the eighth Day of August One thousand seven hundred and sixty four Together with all and singular Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings Barns Stables Furnaces Grist Mills saw Mills Banks Mines ^of Iron^ and other Ore Gardens Orchards Woods Underwoods ways waters watercourses easements profits emoluments and advantages whatsoever held used occupied or enjoy'd or to or with the same several Tracts or parcels of Land or parts of Tracts or parcels of Land Houses Buildings Furnaces Mills and premisses or either or any of them belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders of all and singular the premises with the appurtenances nd all the Estate right Title use possession claim and demand whatsoever of him the said William Buchanan of in and to the said several Tracts and parcels of Land Houses Buildings Furnaces Mills and premisses or either or any of them or of in or to the same every or any part thereof together with all and singular Charters patents Grants Deeds Evidences and writings whatsoever touching or in anywise concerning the same or any other part thereof To Have and to hold the said several Tracts or parcels |
