       next ensuing the date of these presents if the same shall be lawfully demanded To the intent
       that by virtue of these presents and of the statute for transferring uses into possession the said
       Legh Master may be in the actual possession of the hereby bargained and sold premises and all
       and singular other the premises herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained
       and sold with their and every of their appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof and
       may be enabled to accept and take a release of the reversion thereof to him and his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever in such manner and form as in and by a certain Indenture of
       Release intended to bear date the day next after the day of the date of these presents and intended
       to be made between the same Parties as are to these presents shall be mentioned and expressed
       of and concerning the same  In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have
       hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the day and year first above written

                      On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t
      
       On the Nineteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
       Seventy three appeard before us the Subscribers two Magistrates for Baltimore County
       William Buchanan within named and acknowledged this Lease to be his Act and Deed
       agreeable to Law

       Baltimore County fs.t   I hereby Certify that William Spear and John Moale
       Gentlemen before whom the above acknowledgment was made and who have thereto
       subscribed their names were at the day of the date thereof and still are two of the Right
       Honourable the Lord proprietary of Maryland his Justices of the peace in and for the
       County aforesaid and to all Certificates by them given as such due faith and Credit is
       and ought to be given as well in Courts of Justice as thereout

                                                 In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and

                                                 of July Seventeen Hundred and seventy three
