534 part of an other Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid called part of the resurvey on Gabriels choice containing eighty Acres of Land more or less originally patented to Gabriel M.cKinsey who afterwards conveyed the same to the said William Buchanan Also part of a Tract of Land called Edward's Fancy situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid containing twenty one Acres of Land originally patented to Edward Stevenson and by him conveyed to the said William Buchanan Also one other tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid called and known by the name of Red Budd containing Twenty one Acres of Land originally patented to the said Edward Stevenson and by him also conveyed to the said William Buchanan Also one other Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid called and known by the name of Neglect containing sixty five acres and one quarter of an acre of Land originally patented to the said William Buchanan Also one other Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid called and known by the name of Firelock containing fourteen Acres of Land originally patented to the said William Buchanan Also part of an other Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid called and known by the name of Content Containing fifty Acres of Land originally patented to the said William Buchanan Also one other Tract or parcel of Land called Bond's Meadows situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid containing fifty acres of Land conveyed by Charles Ridgeley son of John to the said William Buchanan All which said Tracts or parcels of Land do in the whole contain six Thousand four hundred and thirty seven acres and three quarters of an Acre of Land And all houses Outhouses Edifices Furnaces Grist mills Saw Mills Banks and Mines of Iron or other Ore Woods Underwoods ways waters watercourses easements profits emoluments and advantages whatsoever held use occupied demised or enjoyed or to or with the same several Tracts or parcels of Land or parts of Tracts of Land Houses Buildings Furnaces Mills and premises or either or any of them belonging or in any wise appertaining And the Reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders of all and singular the premises with the appurtenances And all the Estate right title use possession claim and demand whatsoever of him the said William Buchanan of in and to the said several Tracts or parcels of Land or parts of Tracts or parcels of Land Houses Buildings Furnaces Mills and premises or either or any of them or of in or to every or any part thereof To have and to hold the said several Tracts or parcels of Land or parts of Tracts or parcels of Lad Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings Grist Mills Saw Mills and all and singular other the premises herein before mentioned or intended to be by these presents granted bargained and sold with their and every of their appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof unto the said Legh Master his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these presents for and during and unto the full end and term of one whole year thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended Yeilding and paying therefore unto the said William Buchanan his Heirs and Assigns the rent of one pepper corn only on the Feast of Saint John the Baptist next |
