484 Griffith of into or out of the said Hereby released premises with the appurtenances To have and to hold the said Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances unto the said Charles Ridgely his Heirs and Assigns To the use and behoof of the said Charles Ridgely his Heirs and Assigns for ever Yet nevertheless to the intent that by Virtue of the said Indenture of Bargain and Sale and off those presents he the said Charles Ridgely may become a Good and perfect Tenant of the immediate Freehold and Inheritance of all and singular the hereby released premisses with the appurtenances against whom a common recovery may be had performed and executed in such manner as is herein after mentioned and for that purpose it is Covenanted and agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents that before and of the provincial Court one or more writ or writs of entry Sur disseisin in le post shall be brought and prosecuted in the Name of him the said Robert Alexander as plaintiff and demandant therein against the said Charles Ridgely as Tenant or defendant of and from the af.d Tract or parcel of Land with the appurtenances by such Name or Names Quantity or Quality Number Content of Acres or other Certainty or description as shall be apt and Convenient in that behalf to which writ or writs the said Charles Ridgely shall appear and shall [illegible] to warrant the premisses the said Katherine Griffith who shall likewise appear [illegible] Attorney and shall vouch to warrant the Common Vouchee and such further and other proceedings shall be therein had so that one or more good and perfect Common recovery or recoveries with double vouchers for Assurance of Lands in such Case used and accustomed and it is hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents that from and after the suffering and perfecting the said recovery or recoveries as [illegible] these presents as the assurance hereby made as also the Common recovery so as aforesaid in any other manner to be suffered and perfected shall be and ennure and shall be adjudged Construed deemed and taken and are and were meant and intended and hereby declared to be and ennure to the recoveror or recoverors in the said recovery or recoveries Named or to be named and he and they and his and their heirs shall seize and be seized of the Tract or parcel of Land af.d and premises and every part thereof to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Charles Ridgely his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever Signed sealed and delivered her the word South between the 6 & 7 Catharine | Griffith (seal) Line of 2.d page and the word Current mark between 14.th & 15.th line of 1.st page first interlined in presence of C Ridgely son of Jn.o Jn.o Dorsey Thomas Dorsey R Alexander (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing deed was thus endorsed Viz.t Received the Day & year first within mentioned of and from the within named Charles Ridgely the sum of one hundred and twenty five pounds Current Money the within Consideration her Catharine | Griffith Witness mark Jn.o Dorsey |
