       of Land or Ground Messuage or Tenement ^and other^ the premises hereby Bargained and Sold
       Ratifyed and Confirmed of or within the said province by or between the said Samuel
       Owings as Defendant and the said Henry as Tenant and the said Robinson Wakefield
       and Ann his wife or either of them and any other person or persons as vouchee or
       Vouchees or between the said parties or any of them or any other person or persons
       whomsoever by such Name or Names quantities qualities descriptions or other certainties
       as shall be thought most fit or proper to pass or Comprize the same or in any
       other and in such manner as to dock barr or destroy all Estates Tail Reversions
       or Remainders expectant or in any wise depending upon of or in the premises or
       shall be Consonant or Agreeable to the practise of the said Court or the Laws or
       usage of the said province with respect to the suffering of common Recoveries
       for Assurance of Lands and it is hereby declared and agreed by and between the said
       parties to these presents that the said Recovery or Recoveries so to be had suffered
       or perfected of or concerning the said plantations Tracts pieces or parcels of Land
       or Ground Messuage or Tenement and other the premises hereby Bargained sold
       ratifyed and confirmed as aforesaid with the appurtenances or any part thereof
       together with these presents preparatory thereto shall be and Enure and shall
       be adjudged deemed construed and taken to be and Enure and is and are hereby
       declared to be and Enure and that the recoveror and Recoverors in such ^recovery and^ recoveries
       from and after the Suffering and perfecting thereof as also the said Henry Thompson
       and his Heirs in the mean time or until the suffering and perfecting of such
       Recovery or Recoveries shall stand or be seized of the premises to the only proper
       use and behoof of or in Trust for the said Allan Pearson his heirs and assigns
       for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness
       whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and
       Seals the day and year first above written

       or Attorneys of the said Court

       We Robinson Wakefield of North Shield in the County of Northumberland
       in Great Britain Gentleman and Ann his wife do jointly and severally nominate
       and appoint you and each of you our attorneys and attorney jointly and
