       severally to appear for us or each of us in the said Court in any Real or other Action or
       Actions Suit or Suits there depending in which we or either of us shall or may be
       party or parties for the purpose of suffering one or more Common Recovery or
       Recoveries of or concerning certain Plantations Tracts pieces or parcels of Lands Tenements
       and Hereditaments mentioned or comprised in a certain Indenture bearing
       equal date with these presents and made or mentioned to be made between Allan
       Pearson of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster Merchant of the first part
       and the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife of the second part Henry
       Thompson of Baltimore Town in Maryland aforesaid Merchant of the third
       part and Samuel Owings of Baltimore Town in Maryland aforesaid Merchant
       of the fourth part and intended to be inrolled in the said Court or in some other Court
       within the said province according to the Laws there used in that behalf and also for us
       and ^in^ our names at the proper costs and Charges of the said Allan Pearson to act do and
       suffer all such Acts Matters and things for the ^purpose of^ suffering and perfecting such Recovery
       and Recoveries according to the true intent and meaning of the said Indenture
       as shall be reasonable or necessary and according to the usage or practise of the
       said Court or the Laws of the said province in that behalf and as fully and Effectually
       to all intents and purposes as we or either of us might or could do in the premises
       if personally present hereby ratifying and Confirming whatsoever our said attorney
       or any of them shall lawfully do or cause to be done therein  In Witness whereof
       we the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife have hereto set their hands
       and seals this twenty third day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and seventy two

       William Cuthbert of the Town and County of Newcastle upon Tyne in the Kingdom
       of Great Britain Gentleman and Philip Gibson of the same place Gentleman severally
       make Oath that they were present and did see Robinson Wakefield of North Shields in
(LS)   the County of Northumberland in the said Kingdom of Great Britain ^Gentleman^ and Ann his
       wife duly sign and Seal and as for their several and respective Acts and Deeds deliver
       the two several Deeds or Indentures and Letter of Attorney hereunto annexed to wit the
       Deed or Indenture bearing date the twenty first day of this Instant November made
       or mentioned to be made between the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife
       late Ann Fell spinster only Child and heir at Law of Edward Fell formerly of
       Baltimore Town in the province of Maryland in America Merchant deceased of the
       one part and Allan Pearson of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster Merchant of
       the other part purporting to be a Grant Bargain and Sale from the said Robinson
       Wakefield and Ann his wife to the said Allan Pearson and his heirs of certain
