476 premises Bargained sold ratified and confirmed and by these presents Do and each and every of them Doth as aforesaid Bargain sell Ratify and Confirm to the said Henry Thompson and his heirs All these plantations Tracts and parcels of Land or Ground Situate and being in the province of Maryland aforesaid hereafter mentioned (that is to say) All that plantation Tract or parcel of Land or Ground commonly called or known by the Name of Fells Swarthmore containing by Estimation One hundred and Seventy five acres be the same more or less One other plantation Tract or parcel of Land or Ground commonly called or known by the Name of Lancaster containing by Estimation Three hundred and twenty two acres be the same more or less One other plantation Tract or parcel of Land commonly called or known by the Name of Fells Dale and containing by Estimation four Hundred and Ninety six Acres be the same more or less One Other Tract or parcel of Land or Ground commonly called or known by the name of Darlington containing by Estimation three Hundred and sixteen acres be the same more or less one other Plantation Tract or parcel of Land or Ground commonly called or known by the Name of Fells Retirement containing by Estimation four hundred and seventy five acres be he same more or less And also all that Messuage House or Tenement together with an Allottment of Ground in Baltimore ^Town^ aforesaid containing by Estimation one acre be the same more or less and which said several plantations Tracts or parcels of Land or Ground where formerly the Estate or Inheritance of the said Edward Fell under certain patents Granted to him thereof or otherwise or by whatever other Name or Names quantities descriptions or other certainties the premisses or any of them now are is or at any time heretofore usually have or hath been called known or distinguished or discribed either in patents Grants conveyance or conveyances thereof respectively or any of them or otherwise howsoever Together with all Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings ways paths passages waters watercourses Woods Underwoods Trees ^Profits^ priviledges advantages Comodities Emoluments hereditaments Rights Members priviledges and appurtenances whatsoever to the premises or any of them belonging or in any wise appertaining or accepted reputed deemed taken or known as part parcel or member thereof or as belonging thereto and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders yearly and other rents Issues and profits of the said plantations Tracts pieces and parcels of Land or Ground and other the premises hereby Bargained and sold ratified and confirmed as aforesaid or intended so to be every or any part or parts thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust possession property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Allan Pearson Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife or any of them of in to or out of the said premis^s^es every or any part thereof To have and to hold the said several plantations Tracts and parcels of Land or Ground Messuage or Tenement and all and singular other the premises hereby bargained and sold or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Henry Thompson his Heirs and Assigns for ever But Nevertheless to the Intent and purpose That one or more good or sufficient common Recovery or Recoveries shall or may at the proper Costs and charges of the said Allan Pearson his Heirs or Assigns be duly had or suffered of the said plantations Tracts pieces or parcels of Land |
