       mentioned to be made between the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife of
       one part and the said Allan Pearson of the other part purporting to be an agreement
       for the said Allan Pearsons purchasing the Tenements or Hereditaments herein after mentioned
       and hereby Granted Bargained and Sold or intended so to be and the receipt of which said
       Sum of Seven hundred and fifty pounds the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife do
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and from the same and every part thereof do absolutely acquit
       release and discharge the said Allan Pearson his Heirs Executors and Administrators and
       every of them for every by these presents and for Docking barring and destroying of all Estate
       Tail Remainders and Reversions expectant or in any wise depending upon or of or in the
       Lands Tenements or Hereditaments hereafter mentioned or hereby Granted bargained and
       Sold or intended so to be with the appurtenances and for vesting the same in the said Allan
       Pearson and his Heirs absolutely for ever they the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann
       his wife  Have and each of them Hath Granted Bargained and Sold and by these
       presents Do and each of them Doth Grant Bargain and Sell unto the said Allan
       Pearson and his heirs  All those plantations Tracts or parcels of ^Land or^ Ground situate
       and being in the Province of Maryland aforesaid hereafter mentioned (that is to say)
       All that Plantation Tract or parcel of ^Land or^ Ground commonly called and known by the name
       of Fells Swarthmore containing by Estimation One hundred and seventy five acres
       be the same more or less One other Plantation Tract or parcel of Land or Ground
       commonly called or known by the Name of Lancaster containing by Estimation Three
       hundred and twenty two acres be the same more or less One other Plantation Tract
       or parcel of Land or Ground commonly called or known by the Name of Fells dale
       containing by Estimation four Hundred and Ninety Six Acres be the same more
       or less  One other Tract or parcel of Land or Ground commonly called or known by
       the Name of Dorlington containing by Estimation Three hundred and sixteen
       acres be the same more or less One other Plantation Tract or parcel of ^Land or^ Ground
       commonly called or known by the Name of Fells Retirement containing by Estimation
       four Hundred and seventy five acres be the same more or Less  And also all that
       Messuage House or Tenement Together with an Allotment of Ground in Baltimore ^Town^
       aforesaid containing by Estimation one acre be the same more or less and which said
       several Plantations tracts or parcels of Land or Ground where formerly the Estate
       or Inheritance of ^the said^ Edward Fell under certain Patents Granted to him thereof or
       otherwise or by whatsoever other Name or Names quantities descriptions or other
       certainties the premisses or any of them now are or is or at any time heretofore
       usually have or hath been called known distinguished or described either in the
       Patents Grants or other Conveyance or Conveyances thereof respectively or any of them
       or otherwise howsoever Together with all Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings Ways
       paths passages waters water courses woods underwoods Trees profits and priviledges
       advantages Commodities Emoluments Hereditaments Rights Members priviledges
       and appurtenances whatsoever to the premises or any of them belonging or in any
       wise appertaining or accepted or reputed deemed taken or known as part parcel or
       member thereof or as belonging thereunto and the Reversion and Reversions
