       personally present  Hereby ratifying and Confirming and agreeing to ratify and confirm
       All and whatsoever our said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in and
       about the Premises by Virtue of these presents  And we do hereby severally annul revoke
       and make void  All and every Powers and Authorities by us any or either of us made
       executed or given to any person or Persons whomsoever in about or relating to any of the
       Matters aforesaid or any thing relating there^un^to in any wise howsoever  In Witness
       whereof we have hereunto set our Hands and Seals this Twenty fourth day of

       Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great
       Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy two  Between Robinson
       Wakefield of North Shields in the County of Northumberland Gentleman and Ann
       his wife late Ann Fell Spinster Only Child and Heir at Law of Edward Fell
       formerly of Baltimore Town in the province of Maryland in America Merchant
       deceased of the one part and Allan Pearson of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster
       Merchant of the other part  Witnesseth that in Consideration of the sum of
       seven hundred and fifty pounds of Lawful Money of Great Britain paid to the
       said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife by the said Allan Pearson on the twenty
       sixth      day of August last as appears by a Receipt in writing for the same under
       the hands of the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife wrote or Subscribed
       at the foot of certain Articles of Agreement bearing date on or about the twenty sixth
       day of August One thousand seven hundred and seventy two and made      or
