473) 473 Remainder and Remainders yearly and other Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part or parcel thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust possession property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife of in to or out of the premises hereby Granted Bargained Sold or intended so to be with the appurtenances every or any part thereof Together with all Deeds Evidences and Writings whatsoever touching or concerning the said premises or any part thereof only And true Copies of all Deed Evidences and writing whatsoever touching or concerning the premises or any of them jointly or together with any other Tenements or Hereditaments in the Custody or power of them the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife or either of them or which they or either of them can or may come by without Suit at Law or Equity such copies to be made or written out at the proper Costs and Charges of the said Allan Pearson To have and to hold the said several Plantations Tracts or parcels of Land or Ground Messuage or Tenement and all and Singular other the premisses hereby Granted Bargained and Sold or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Allan Pearson his heirs and assigns To the only proper use & behoof of the said Allan Pearson his heirs and Assigns for ever And the said Robinson Wakefield for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators and for the said Ann his wife and her Heirs and also the said Ann Wakefield for herself her Heirs Executors and Administrators do covenant promise and agree to and with the said Allan Pearson his Heirs and Assigns by these presents That for and in notwithstanding any act matter or thing whatsoever by them the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife or either of them made done or committed or by or through their or either of their wilfull means or default consent privity or procurement suffered to be done they the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife now are or stand or one of them is or standeth lawfull rightfully & absolutely seized of or in the several plantations Tracts pieces or parcels of Land or Ground Messuage or Tenement and other the premises hereby Granted Bargained and Sold or intended so to be with the appurtenances of or for a good sure perfect absolute and indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple or fee Tail in possession and without any Condition use Trust power of Revocation Limitation of use or uses or any other cause matter or thing whatsoever to abridge defeat charge or incumber or make void the same And that for and Notwithstanding any such ^act^ matter or thing as aforesaid they the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife now have in themselves or one of them hath in him or herself good right full power lawfull and absolute Authority to Grant Bargain Sell and convey the said several Plantations Tracts pieces or parcels of Land or Ground Messuage or Tenement and other the premisses hereby granted Bargained and Sold or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto and to use of the said Allan Pearson his Heirs and Assigns in manner aforesaid according to the true Intent |
