       ever all That Tract or parcel of Land called Conkodah containing six hundred Acres of
       Land more or less which same Tract of Land was originally granted to Stephen Onion
       deceased and lies or is said in the Grant thereof to lie in Baltimore County and was
       heretofore amongst other Lands mortgaged by the aforesaid Zacheus Onion to the aforesaid
       John Brice Esquire deceased Together with the appurtenances to the same Tract of Land
       belonging  And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues
       and profits thereof and of every Part and parcel thereof  And all the Estate Right Title
       Interest Use Trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever in Law and Equity of them the
       said John Brice and Sarah Brice parties hereto and each of them of in and to the said
       Tract or parcel of Land with its appurtenances  To have and to hold the said Tract or
       parcel of Land with its Rights Members and appurtenances to the aforesaid Zacheus
       Onion his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of the aforesaid
       Zacheus Onion his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or
       purpose Provided Always and it is Covenanted granted and agreed by and between
       all the said parties that these presents or any thing herein contained shall not release
       make void or in any Manner weaken or effect the said Mortgage as to any of the
       other Lands therein mentioned or contained  In Witness whereof the parties to these
       Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals the
       Day and year first above written

                                  On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t)

       Ann Arundel County fs.t  November seventh 1772  Then Came John Brice and Sarah
       Brice before Us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Ann
       Arundel County and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be their Act
       and Deed and the Land and premises therein mentioned to be the Right Title and Interest
       of the within Named Zacheus Onion his Heirs and Assigns for ever

       Know all Persons by these presents That We Nicholas Walters of the
       Parish of Ilfordcombe in the County of Devon in the Kingdom of Great Britain Mariner
       and Mary my Wife who before my Marriage with her was called Mary King Spinster
       and Sarah Andrews of Ilfordcombe aforesaid the Widow and Relict of William A
       late of Ilfordcombe Mariner deceased who before her Marriage was called Sarah King
