       his heirs and Assigns shall be well and Sufficiently Saved and kept harmless by the said John
       Goldsmith his heirs and Assigns of and from all manner of former Grants Gifts Bargains Sails
       Leass Dowers Rents Arrearages of Rents Judgments Executions Demands and Incumbrances
       whatsoever had made Committed omitted or done by the said John Goldsmith his heirs or Assigns
       the Rents and Services which from henceforth Shall grow or become due to the Lord or Lords
       of the fee Executed and foreprized and that he the said John Goldsmith his heirs and Assigns
       the aforesaid percle of Land and premises thereunto belonging to the said William Thomas his
       heirs and assigns for Ever against him the said John Goldsmith his heir and Assigns and
       against all persons whatsoever Claiming by from or under them or any of them shall and
       will warrent and for ever Defend by these presents  In Witness whereof the parties
       to these presents have set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above
       written

       Received on the day and Year first within mentioned of the within named William Thomas

                                           On the 22.d Day of April 1773 came the within named John
       Goldsmith before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged
       the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premises
       therein mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of the within named William Thomas
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same
       Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided

          Recorded the 24.th of April 1773

       This Indenture made the seventh day of November in the Year of our Lord one
       thousand seven hundred and seventy two Between John Brice of the City of Annapolis
       Gentleman eldest son and Hair at Law of John Brice Esquire lately deceased and Sarah
       Brice Executrix of the Testament of last Will of the said John Brice Esquire of the one
       part and Zacheus Onion of Baltimore County Gentleman of the other part  Witnesseth
       that the said John Brice and Sarah Brice parties hereto for and in Consideration of five
       Shillings sterling money of Great Britain to them in hand paid at or before the sealing
       and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge Have and
       each of them Hath granted and released and by these presents Do and each of them
       Doth Grant and release to the aforesaid Zacheus Onion his Heirs and Assigns for
