          This Indenture made the eighteenth day of September in the Year of our
       Lord one Thousand seven hundred & seventy Between Richard Bishop of Queen Anns
       County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the part and Elijah Bishop
       of the same County in the Province aforesaid Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said Richard Bishop for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings
       Current Money by the said Elijah Bishop to him in hand paid at or before
       the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof he doth hereby
       Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth hereby release acquit and Discharge
       the said Elijah Bishop his Executors and Administrators Hath granted bargained
       and sold and by these Presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said
       Elijah Bishop his Executors Administrators and Assigns all those Parts
       or Parcells of the several Tracts of Land following that is to say all that part
       of a Tract of Land called Oak Ridge containing one Hundred and seventy
       five Acres of Land also all that part of a Tract of Land called the
       Garden of Roses lying on the East Corner and South side of the Land
       called Oak Ridge containing one Hundred and Seventy seven Acres of Land
       and also fifty Acres of a tract of land called Boons Hope all situate lying
       and being in Queen Anns County aforesaid and devised by William Boone of
       Queen Anns County aforesaid to his son Benjamin Boon in tail as by the Will
       of the said William Boone reference being thereunto had may more fully and
       at Large appear And the Reversion and reversions Remainder and
       Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof
       To Have and to Hold the said Lands and Premisses with the
       Appurtenances unto the said Elijah Bishop his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these Presents  
       for and during and unto the full End and Term of one whole Year from
       thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and ended to the Intent and
       Purpose that the said Elijah Bishop may be in the Actual Possession
       of the said hereby bargained and sold Lands and Premisses with the
       Appurtenances and may hereby and by Force and Virtue of the Statute
       for Transferring uses into Possession in that Behalf made and Provided
       be Enabled to take a Grant and release of the Reversion and Inheritance
       of the said Lands and Premisses hereby bargained and Sold or intended
       so to be with the Appurtenances to him and his Heirs to such Uses and
       Purposes as shall be therein declared In Witness whereof the said Parties to
       these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the
       Day and Year above Written
