       Administrators shall well and truly secure save harmless and indemnify the said
       Rezin Rowles and Charles Rumsey their Heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns
       and each and every of them of and from all and all Manner of Loss Damage
       Cost Expence or Charges whatsoever that have arisen or shall arise by Virtue of
       their being bound in the Obligation aforesaid or any other Bond to the said Commission
       then this Present Indenture and every thing therein contained to be void and of no
       Effect And the said John Hamilton and Patrick Hamilton for themselves their
       Heirs Executors and Administrators do covenant Promise and Agree to and with
       the said Rezin Rowles and Charles Rumsey and each of them their & each of their
       Heirs Executors and Adm.rs that they or some of them will well and sufficiently secure
       save harmless and indemnify the said Rezin Rowles and Charles Rumsey their
       and each of their Heirs Executors and Adm.rs of and from all and all Manner
       of Loss Damage Cost Expence or Charges whatsoever that have arisen or shall or may
       arise by Virtue of their being bound in the Obligation aforesaid or any other Bond
       to the said Commissioners In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto interchangeably put their Hands and Affixed their Seals
       Sealed and Delivered

          On the Back of the aforegoing Mortgage was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Sept.r 15.th 1770 Then received of Charles Rumsey and Rezin Rowles the Sum of Five
       Shillings in full of the Consideration Money in the within Indenture of Bargain
       and Sale mentioned As Witness my hand

                      Benjamin Rumsey

       Sept.r 15.th 1770 Then received of Rezin Rowles and Charles Rumsey five Shillings
       in full of the Consideration Money in the within Deed mentioned as witness

          Be it Remembered that on this fifteenth day of September in the Year of our Lord
       seventeen hundred and seventy before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Provincial Justices after Signing Sealing and Delivery of the within Indenture of
       Bargain and Sale in their proper Persons came the within John Hamilton & Patrick
       Hamilton and Acknowledge the within Indenture of Bargain and Sale to be
       their Act and Deed and the Lands Lotts and Tenements Goods and Chattels
       therein mentioned and all their Estate Right and Title thereto to be the proper
       Lands Lotts and Tenements Goods and Chattels of the within Named Rezin
       Rowles and Charles Rumsey and their Heirs in Manner & form as in the
       within Deed is mentioned and Desire the same may be recorded accordingly
       Witness my hand the Day and Year above mentioned
