       to hold the said one full equal and undivided fifth part (the whole into five equal
       parts to be divided) hereby granted of and in the said Furnace Forge Lands Tenements
       Hereditaments and Premises herein above discribed or mentioned with their ^respective^ appurtenances
       unto him the said David McMurtie his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and
       Behoof of him the said David McMurtie his Heirs and Assigns for ever  Provided always
       nevertheless that if the said Joseph Pennell his Heirs Executors or Administrators
       shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said David McMurtrie his
       Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid Debt or sum of One Thousand Pounds
       on the Day and time herein before mentioned and appointed for Payment thereof together
       with Lawful Interest for the same without Fraud or further delay and without any
       deduction defaliation or abatement to be made of any thing for or in respect of any
       Taxes Charges or Assessments whatsoever That then & from thenceforth this present
       Indenture and the Estate hereby granted shall become void and of none Effect any
       thing herein before contained to the Contrary in any wise notwithstanding  In Witness
       whereof the said Joseph Pennell to these Presents hath interchangeably set his hand
