       Virtue thereof and all and every Sum and Sums of Money that are mentioned therein as also all
       Actions, Suits and Causes of Action which I the said Sarah Brice ever had now have or hereafter
       may have for or by Reason of the said recited Deed of Mortgage or any Cause or Thing concerning
       the same  In Testimony whereof I the said Sarah Brice have hereunto set my Hand
       and Seal this thirteenth Day of March Anno Domini seventeen hundred and Seventy three

       This Indenture made the Twenty fourth Day of March in the Year of our Lord
       one thousand seven Hundred and Seventy three between Joseph Pennell of the City of Philadelphia
       in the Province of Pensylvania Merchant of the one part and David McMurtrie of the
       City of Philadelphia in the said Province Merchant of the other part  Whereas the said
       Joseph Pennell is indebted to the said David McMurtie in the Sum of one thousand Pounds
       lawful Money of Pensylvania to be paid to the said David McMurtie his Heirs or Assigns
       on the first day of May One thousand seven Hundred & Seventy four  Now this Indenture
       witnesseth that the said Joseph Pennell for and in consideration of the aforesaid Debt or Sum
       of One thousand Pounds and for the better Securing the payment thereof with its Interest unto
       the said David McMurtie his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns in discharge
       the said Debt and for and in Consideration of the further Sum of five Shillings lawful Money
       aforesaid unto the said Joseph Pennell in hand paid by the said David McMurtie at and
       the sealing and delivery hereof the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged  Hath granted
       bargained sold released and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell release
       and confirm unto the said David McMurtie his Heirs & Assigns for ever  All that his
       Joseph Pennell's right to one full equal and undivided fifth part (the whole into five equal parts
       to be divided) of and in Deep Creek Furnace and Nanticoke Forge in Worcester County in the
       Province of Maryland or in Sussex County in the lower Counties Government and of and in the
       following Tracts or Parcells of Land to the said Furnace and Forge respectively belonging
       (to wit) One tract called the Stones of fifty Acres whereon is a large Quantity of Ore in the
       County of Worcester aforesaid purchased of Elijah Tindall One other parcell of Four Hundred
       Acres whereon is the Mills, Furnace & Houses of the Company in Worcester aforesaid purchased
       of John Spicer One other Tract of Fifty Acres being Woodland in Worcester aforesaid purchased
       of John Tindall One other Tract of One Hundred Acres of Land with Improvements called
       Success in Worcester aforesaid purchased of William Conway, One other Tract called Slough
       Good Will of One hundred and fifty acres being Woodland in Worcester aforesaid purchased
       Thomas Sloss  To other Tracts containing one Hundred and forty three Acres partly
       improved in Dorset County purchased of Daniel Kelly, One other Tract of One Hundred
       and fifty Acres part thereof improv'd in Sussex County purchased of Samuel Petty John One
       Other Tract of Five Acres whereon is a parcell of One in Worcester aforesaid purchased of
       Boyce One other Tract called Willins Adventure of One hundred and fifty Acres being [illegible]
       with the Improvements in Worcester aforesaid purchased of Thomas Willin the Right
       Improvement of one other Tract of Land in Sussex County purchased of George Kelly One other
       Tract of One Hundred Acres being Woodland in Sussex County aforesaid purchased of John Grant
       One other Tract of Fifty Acres whereon is an Improvement in Worcester aforesaid purchased
        of John Grant, One other Tract of Three Hundred and Eighteen Acres of improved Land in
       Sussex County purchased of Samuel Owens Three other Tracts containing Two Hundred and
       fifty Acres whereon are Plantations and Improvements in Worcester aforesaid purchased
