426 Called Adam the first and running thence South west and by West Sixty Perches then South four Deg.s East one hundred fifty one Perches to a bounded branch oak to the Land of James Barnes Then North Seventy three deg.s East one hundred sixty five perches to the Giving Line then North West one Hundred & Eighty perches to the first Bounded Tree Containing and laid out for One Hundred Acres of Land more or less together with all houses fencing orchards and all and Every other Improvements and Appurtinences to the Same or any part or Parsell thereof Belonging or in any wise appurtaining To Have and to Hold the said moitie or Parcell of Land together with all houses fencings orchards and Every other the premisses and appurtinences unto the Said John Porter his heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Porter his heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Porter his heirs and Assignes for ever And the s.d Charles Porter and his Heirs the said Moitie or Parcell of Land unto the said John Porter and his heirs In Manner and Form afs.d Conveyed against him the said Charles Porter and his heirs and against all and Every other person and persons whatsoever Shall and will warrant and for Ever defend And the said Charles Porter doth for himself his heirs Exe.rs and Adm.rs Covenant promise grant and agree to and with The said John Porter his heirs and Assigns That he the said John Porter and his Heirs shall and May Peaceably and Quietly have hold occupy possess and Enjoy the s.d Bargained premisses With their appurtinences free from the lett Sale Molestation or Interruption of an^e^y person or persons whatsoever And further that he the said Charles Porter ^&^ his heirs shall upon request and at the charges in the Law of him the said John Porter his heirs or assigns make doe Suffer Acknowledge and Execute any other or further Act or Acts thing or things in the Law whatsoever that shall by the s.d John Porter his heirs or assigns his or their Counsell learned in the Law be Reasonably Devised Advised or required for the Better and more Sure making the said Bargained Premisses to the said John Porter his heirs and Assignes for ever in Witness whereof the partie first above written hath hereunto Sett his hand and affixed his Seale the day and year Aforementioned signed sealed & Delivered in Presence of Charles Porter (LS) Jn.o Dorsey Thomas Dorsey On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed to wit Dec.r 23 1772 Then Rec.d of John Porter the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds Sterling Money for the within Bargained Land Test Charles Porter Jn.o Dorsey On the Twenty third December 1772 Came Charles Porter Party to the within Deed Before us two of his Lordships Justices for Ann Arundell County and Acknowledged the within to be his act and Deed & the Land and Premisses within Mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of within Named John Porter his Heirs and Assigns for ever Jn.o Dorsey Recorded the 11.th of January 1773 Thomas Dorsey 6½ Sides |
