425 That he the Said John Porter his heirs Shall and may peacebly and Quietly have hold occupy possess and Enjoy the Said Bargained premisses with their Appurtinences Free from the Lett Suit Molestation or Interruption of an^e^y person or persons whatsoever And further that he the said Charles porter and his heirs Shall Upon request and at the charge's in the Law of him the said John Porter his heirs or Assigns make doe Suffer Acknowledge and Execute any other or further Act or Acts thing or things in he Law Whatsoever that shall by the said John Porter his Heirs or Assigns his or their Councell Learned in the Law be reasonably devised advised or Required for the Better and more Sure Making the Said Bargained premisses to the Said John Porter his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the partie first above Written hath hereunto Set his hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and year afore Mentioned Signed Sealed & Delivered In the presents of us Charles Porter (LS) Thomas Dorsey On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed to wit Dec.r 23 1772 then Reed of John Porter the Sum of Fifty Pounds Sterling Mon^e^y For the within Bargained Land Charles Porter Test Jn.o Dorsey On the Twenty third of December 1772 Came Charles Porter Party to the within Deed before us two of his Lordships Justices for annarundell County and Acknowledged The within to be his Act & Deed & the Lands & Premises within Mentioned to be the Right Title & Estate of within Names John Porter his Heirs & Assigns for Ever Recorded the 11.th ^Day^ of January 1773 Thomas Dorsey Jn.o Dorsey 7 sides x.d This Indenture made this 23.d day ^of^ December Anno Dom.a Seventeen Hundred And Seventy two Between Charles Porter of Annarrundle County in the Province of Maryland of the one Part and John Porter of the County and Province af.d Planter of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Charles Porter for and in Consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds Ster money to him in hand Paid at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents by the said John Porter the Receipt whereof he the s.d Charles Porter doth hereby Acknowledge Hath given granted bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed And By these Presents doth fully clearly and absolutely give grant bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm Unto the Said John Porter his Heirs and Assigns for Ever all that Moitie or Parsill of Land Called Batchelors Vinyard being Part of a grater tract of Land lying upon Elk Ridge in the County afd called Adam the first Beginning at a bounded red oak being the Begining Tree of the afd Land Called |
