       or Title by from or Under me  In Witness whereof I the said Charles Hammond
       Executor of Philip have hereunto Sett my Hand and Seal this fifth day of October

                Maryland fs  This Indenture made this Twenty third of December Anno Dom one
        Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Two  Between Charles Porter of Annarrundle County      
       of the one part and John Porter of the County afs.d Planter of the Other Part  Wittnesseth that the
       Said Charles ^Porter^ for and in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty Pounds Ster money to him in hand Paid
       at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents by the said John Porter the Receipt
       whereof he the said Charles Porter doth hereby Acknowledged and thereof and therefrom
       And from Every part and Parcell thereof Doth hereby fully and Absolutely Exonerate a
       Quit and discharge the said John Porter his heirs Executors Adm.rs and every of them by
       These Presents for ever  Hath Given Granted bargained Sold alien'd Enfeoffe and
       Confirmed and by these Presents doth fully clearly and absolutely Give Grant bargain
       Sell alien Enfeoffe and confirm Unto the said John Porter his heirs and Assigns for
       Ever all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Vines his fancy Situated on Elkridge a
       bout Sixteen miles above the head of Annar^r^undle River in Annarrundle County Begining
       at a bounded white oake being a Tree of a Tract of Land Chews Resolution Mannor
       Lying on Elkridge in Annarrundle County and running from the Said white o^a^ke with
       The Said Chews line North East one hundred and Twenty four perches to a bounded Hiccory Thence
       South East by South one hundred and Twenty four perches to a bounded red Oake being a bounded
       Tree of a Tract of Land called Adam the first then run^n^ing with the Said Land Southwest
       by West Sixty Five Perches then      by a streight Line to the first Tree Containing and Now
`      Layd out for Sixty Acres of Land more or less Together with all houses fencings orchar's and all
       and Every other the Improvements and Appurtenances to the same or aney part or parcell
       Thereof belonging or in any wise Appurtaining  To have and to hold the Said Sixty Acres
       of Land to Gether with all houses fencings orchards and every other the Premisses and Appurtenances
       unto the said John Porter his heirs and Assign's for ever to the only Proper use and
       Behoof of him the said John Porter his heirs and assigns for ever  And the said Charles
       Porter and his Heirs the Said Sixty Acres of land unto the said John Porter and his Heirs  In
       Manner and form afforesaid Conveyed against him the said Charles Porter and his heirs
       And against all and Every other person and person's whatsoever  Shall and will Warrent and
       For Ever Defend and the Said Charles Porter doth for himself his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs
       Covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the Said John Porter his heirs and assign's
