       This Indenture made this 24.th Day of December in the Year of our Lord One
       thousand seven hundred and seventy two Between Daniel Dulany of the City
       of Annapolis Esquire Barrister at Law on the one part and Benjamin Dulany
       of the same place Gentleman second Son of the said Daniel Dulany on the other
       Part  Witnesseth that the said Daniel Dulany for and in Consideration of the Natural
       Love and Affection He hath for and towards his said Son hath given and granted
       and by these presents doth give and grant unto the said Benjamin Dulany all
       his the said Daniel Dulany his Right Title Interest and Estate to and in the
       several Tracts and parcels of Land and Tenements in Frederick County herein
       after mentioned (to wit) the Tract of Land called The Resurvey of Buck Forrest containing
       by Estimation three thousand Acres be the same more or Less and also the
       Original Tract called Buck Forrest the Tract of Land called Williamsburgh
       containing by Estimation one thousand five Hundred acres be the same more or
       less the Tract of Land called Dickson's Struggle containing by Estimation two
       Hundred and twenty nine Acres be the same more or less all such part of the
       Tract of Land called Middle plantation as remaineth unsold by the said Daniel
       Dulany the said part Containing by Estimation two Hundred and twenty Nine
       Acres be the same more or less the Tract of Land Called Partnership containing
       by Estimation one Hundred Acres be the same more or less  And also the Dwelling
       House in Frederick Town in the Tenure or Occupation of Jacob Young with the
       Outhouses and Improvements thereunto belonging or reputed to belong and the
       Ground belonging or reputed to belong to the said Dwelling House and adjoining
       to the Ground belonging to John Cary Merchant as fully and amply as Thomas
       Bacon Clerk lately deceased formerly the Tenant and Occupier of the aforesaid
       Dwelling House and ground thereunto belonging and adjoining as aforesaid
       held possessed or used the said House and Ground  To have and to Hold all
       and singular and every the premisses and every part and parcel thereof to the
       said Benjamin Dulany his Heirs and Assigns for ever to and for his and their
       proper Use and Behoof  In Witness whereof the said Daniel Dulany hath
       hereunto affixed his Hands and Seal the Day and Year above written

       The within and above Deed was acknowledged before me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court by the aforesaid Grantor Daniel Dulany
       of the City of Annapolis Esquire Barrister at Law on the 24.th December 1772

       Seventeen hundred and Seventy two between Margaret Murdock of Prince Georges
       County Widow & Relict of the late William Murdock of said County deceased of the
       One Part and Richard Sprigg of Annarundle County Esquire of the Other Part
       Witnesseth that the Said Margaret Murdock for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       Five hundred Pounds Sterling to her in hand paid by the said Richard Sprigg the
       Receipt whereof She the Said Margaret doth hereby Acknowledge and therefrom
       Acquit & Discharge the said Richard Sprigg Doth bargain Sell make over and
       Continue unto the said Richard Sprigg all the Estate Right & Title of her the
