Ex.d
          This Indenture made this Fourth Day of Decem.r in the Year of our Lord one
       thousand seven hundred and seventy two  Between John Moore of Kent County in the
       Province of Maryland Farmer and Cassandra his Wife of the one part and Benjamin Mackall of
       of Calvert County Gentleman of the other part  Witnesseth that the said John Moore and
       Cassandra his Wife for and in Consideration of the sum of twelve hundred Pounds Sterling
       Money to them in hand paid by the said Benjamin Mackall before the Sealing and Delivery
       of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged  Have granted bargained sold
       aliened enfeoffed conveyed and confirmed  And by these presents Do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff
       convey and confirm unto him the said Benjamin Mackall his Heirs and Assigns  All that part
       of a Tract of Land lying and being in Calvert County called Majors Choice not heretofore conveyed
       to John Mackall Junior the same part now intended to be conveyed lying on the south side
       of Fishing Creek in said County and including the same  Together with all and Singular the
       Premises and Appurtenances whasoever to the said Land belonging or in anywise Appertaining
       and the Reversion and Reversion Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof
       and of every part and Parcel thereof  And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Property
       Claim and demand whatsoever of them the said John Moore and Cassandra his Wife of into or
       out of the same Premises either at Law or in Equity or in any other Manner whatsoever
       To have and to hold the Part of a Tract of Land aforesaid with all and Singular the
       Premises and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or therewith used or enjoyed unto him the
       said Benjamin Mackall his Heirs and Assigns to his and their only proper Use and Behoof
       for ever and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  And the said John Moore
       and Cassandra his Wife for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators do hereby
       covenant and agree to and with the said Benjamin Mackall his Heirs and Assigns
       the aforesaid Prat of a Tract of Land and Premises with all and Singular the Appurtenances
       from and against them the said John Moore and Cassandra his Wife and their Heirs and
       all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever shall and will well and
       truly warrant and for ever defend by these Presents unto him the said Benjamin
       Mackall his Heirs and Assigns  In Witness whereof the said John Moore and
       Cassandra his Wife have here to set their Hands and affixed their Seals the
       Day and Year first above written
