       Perches North seventy Degrees West seventy Seven Perches South nineteen Degrees West two hundred and
       nineteen Perches North eighty seven Degrees West eighty six Perches North eighteen Degrees East two
       hundred and seventy six Perches North twelve Degrees West sixty six Perches then by a straight Line
       to the place of Beginning for the part now sold containing five hundred and nine Acres more or
       less Together with all and singular the improvements Profits Commodities and Advantages to the same
       Part belonging and all the Estate Right and Title of them the said Bargainors of into or out of the
       Same  To have and to hold the aforesaid Part of the said Tract of Land and Premises
       with the Appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Elliott his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the Parties
       to these Presents have interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals the
       Day and year first above written

          5 Nov 1772  Then came the within named Thomas Watkins Elizabeth Hall John Hall Thomas
       Henry Hall and Henry Hall before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be their respective
       Act and Deed and the Land & premises therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the
       within named Thomas Elliott his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent
       And meaning of the said Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided
