       1772 December 4.th  Received on the Day and Year first within written ^of^ the within named Benjamin
       Mackall the sum of twelve hundred Pounds Sterling in full for the consideration Money within mentioned
       to be by him paid to us

       1772 Decem.r 4.th  Then came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for
       Kent County the within named John Moore and Cassandra his Wife and Acknowledged the with Instrument
       of writing to be their Act and Deed and the Land and Premises thereby intended to be ^conveyed to be^ the right and
       estate of the within named Benjamin Mackall his Heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent and
       meaning of the same Deed also at the same time Cassandra the Wife of him the said John Moore being
       by us privately examined apart from and out of the hearing of her said husband did repeat as above
       and also did further declare that she made this Acknowledgment of her own free will without being
       induced thereto by fear or threats of or Ill Usage by her said husband or fear of his displeasure

       These are to Certify that the Worshipful James Anderson and Emory Sudler the
       Gentlemen before whom the above Acknowledgment of John Moore and Cassander his Wife
       was made and by them Subscribed are two of his Lordships the Lord Proprietary of the Province
       of Maryland his Justices of the Peace for the County of Kent in the Province af.d duly Commissioned
       and sworn and that to all Acknowledgements so Subscribed by them due faith
       and Credit is and ought to be given in Justice Court and else where
                              In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and the Public

             This Indenture made this fourth Day of November in the Year of our Lord
             One thousand seven hundred and seventy two  Between William Peach of Prince Georges County
       in y.e Province of Maryland Planter of y.e one part and Simkin Bryan of Anne Arundle County
       in y.e Province aforesaid Planter of of y.e other part  Witnesseth that y.e said William Peach
       for and in consideration of y.e Payments of y.e Rents and Performances of y.e Covenants Clauses and Agreements
       herein after mentioned and Contained in the Part of the said Simkin Bryan his Heirs to be
       done and performed  Hath Demised Granted Leased Sett and to farm Lett and by these Presents
       doth Demise Grant Lease Sett and to farm Lett unto y.e said Simkin Bryan his Heirs Ninety Acres
       of Land it being y.e East part of a Tract of Land Named Strife lying and Being in Prince Georges
       County in y.e Province aforesaid the said Land hereby Demised is lying between a Branch called
       y.e Horsepen Branch and an other Branch called y.e Claye Glade  And including all
       from a Marked White Oake by these courses first from y.e Markt white oake South Seventy
