415 Presents set their Hands and affixed their Seales the day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered In the presence of us Corbin Lee (Seal) And Buchanan Jas Gittings Arch.d Buchanan (seal) The aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Received the day of the date of the within written Indenture of the within named Archibald Buchanan the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money £0 5 0 being the full Consideration Money within mentioned to be paid to me Rec.d P Jas Gittings Corbin Lee Baltimore County fs.t On the 26.th day of June 1772 Before us the Subscribers two of the Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid came Corbin Lee party to the within Indenture and Acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed according to the true Intent and Meaning thereof and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of the said Archibald Buchanan his heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands the day and year aforesaid Jas Gittings 7½ Sides And Buchanan Recorded Nov.r y.e 23.d 1772 x.d This Indenture made the fifth Day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy two Between Thomas Watkins Elizabeth Hall and Thomas Henry Hall Executors and Henry Hall heir at Law of Henry Hall of Ann Arundel County deceased of the one Part for and in consideration that the said Henry Hall now under Contract and agreement in his Lifetime to convey Part of the Tract of Land called Partnership lying in Frederick County to the said Thomas Elliott and his Heirs as hereafter described and also for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Current ^Money^ to them in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have Bargained sold aliened remised released and confirmed and by these Presents Do bargain sell alien remise release and confirm unto him the said Thomas Elliott his Heirs and Assigns All that part of the said Tract called partnership Beginning at the end of ^the^ twenty ninth Line of the same land where it intersects the Original ^called^ Solomons Contrivance and Neds Study and run thence with the out lines of the Land called Partnership as follows viz south sixty two degrees East sixty four Perches South eighty three Degrees East fifty four Perches North East ten Perches South eighty one Degrees East twenty Perches South Seventy Degrees East forty three Perches North sixty eight Degrees East forty six Perches North twenty five Degrees East twenty six Perches North Seventy Degrees East twenty three Perches South thirty two Degrees East four Perches North eighty four Degrees East eighty two Perches South thirty four Perches South forty Degrees west one hundred and Six Perches South fifteen Degrees East seventy perches South eighty eight Degrees West forty Perches South thirty Degrees West forty Perches South forty Degrees west forty perches North sixty Degrees west forty perches North eighty one Degrees west eighty six Perches North eighty Perches North forty Degrees West forty (Perches) |
