       On the 17.th Day of October 1772  Came Nathan Waters before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships
       Justices of Ann Arundel County Court in the Province of Maryland and acknowledged
       the within and above Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Ground and
       premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of y.e within named John Laypold
       according to the Intent & Meaning of the said writing and the Act of Assembly in such Case

       This Indenture made the seventeenth day of October in the Year of our Lord seventeen
       hundred and seventy two by and between Robert Darnall of Prince Georges County in the province
       of Maryland Gentleman and Sarah his wife of the one part John Henry of Dorchester County in
       province afs.d Gentleman of the second part and Sarah Nevett the widow of John Nevett late of Dorchester
       County afd deceased and Mary Nevett the Daughter and Heir at Law of the said John Nevett
       and the said Sarah Nevett and Grand daughter of the afd Sarah Darnall of the third part  Witnesseth
       that the said Robert Darnall and Sarah Darnall his wife for and in Consideration of the Natural
       Love and Affection which they have and do bear to the afd Mary Nevett the Grand Daughter and
       the afd Sarah Nevett the Daughter in law of the said Sarah Darnall and for Settling and Assuring
       the Several Lands and Premisses herein after mentioned ^upon the Trust and to the Uses hereinafter mentioned^ for the preferment and provision
       of the said Sarah Nevett and the said Mary Nevett and allso for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       five shillings sterling money to them the said Robert Darnall and Sarah his wife in hand paid
       by the said John Henry at or before the sealling and delivery hereof the Receipt whereof they do
       hereby Acknowledge and thereof do acquit and discharge the said John Henry his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators for ever by these presents they the said Robert Darnall and Sarah his wife
       have given granted bargained and sold Aliened Released Conveyed and Confirmed and by these
       presents do give grant bargain sell alien release convey and confirm unto the said John Henry
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract of Land called Riders Regulation of Taylors Neglect
       lying and being on Chickennacomico River in Dorchester County afd containing Five hundred
       and Ninety five Acres of Land more or less; and also all that other Tract of Land called Bacon
       Quarter lying also in the same County begining at a Bounded Spanish Oake standing by a Small
       Branch that issueth out of the Eastern Dam of Chickennacomico River afd containing twenty three
       Acres of Land more or less and allso all that other Tract of Land called Daniel Hillicon lying also
       in the same County on the North side of a great Beaver Bam  Branch that issueth out of the South
       side of Chickennacomico River afd Containing one hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less Also
       all that other tract of Land lying in the same County near whear Hunting Creek Warehouse
       stands Containing about ten or twelve Acres of Land more or less together with all and every the
       Improvements and Appurtenances whatsoever unto the afd Several Tracts of Land belonging
       and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services of all and
       singular the Lands and premisses afd and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Robert Darnall and Sarah his Wife of in and
       to all and every of the af.d Tracts of Land and premisses with their and each of their Improvements
       and Appurtenances  To have and to Hold all and every of the several Tracts of Land and premisses
       herein before mentioned with their and each of their Improvements and Appurtenances unto the
