401 for and during the full end and term of Ninety nine Years to commence from the Second Day of June which shall be in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Seventy four fully to be compleat and ended And whereas the said Nathan Waters did on the twenty third Day of July Seventeen hundred and sixty four by his Lease for and in Consideration of the Yearly rents and Covenants therein reserved and Expressed demise grant and to farm let unto a certain John Unsworth all that Parcel of Ground and House before Demised by the said first recited Indenture to Thomas Williamson Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Nathan Waters for and in Consideration of the Yearly rent hereafter Reserved hath Demised granted and to farm let and by these presents doth demise grant and to farm let all that parcel of Ground and House before Demised by the said first recited Indenture to the said Thomas Williamson to the said John Laypold his Executors Administrators & Assigns for and during the full Term shall be in the Year Seventeen hundred and seventy four fully to be Compleat and Ended To have and to hold the said Ground House and all and Singular the said Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said John Laypold his Executors Administrators and Assigns for and during the term of Ninety nine Years aforesaid to his own Proper Use and Behoof Yielding and paying therefor Yearly and every Year during the said Term the sum of three Pounds fifteen Shillings Sterling unto the said Nathan Waters his Executors Administrators or Assigns Provided always and these presents are upon this Condition nevertheless that if it shall happen that the said Yearly Rent of three Pounds fifteen shillings or any part thereof be behind and unpaid for the space of three Months after the same shall become due that then and from thenceforth it shall and may be lawful to and for the said Nathan Waters into the said House and parcel of to reenter and the same to have again reposess and enjoy as in his said Estate any thing herein Contained to the Contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands & seals the Day and Year first above written Signed sealed & Delivered the words (by his Lease (between Nathan Waters (seal) y.e fourth & fifth Lines being first inserted and the word "Two" between the first & second Lines being first interlined John Laypold (seal) R Ghiselin W.m Steuart The aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t On |
