       said John Henry his Heirs and Assigns for ever upon the special Trust and Confidence and to the
       Several uses Intents and Purposes hereafter mentioned and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever that is to say in Trust and Confidence and to the use Intent and Purpose that the said
       John Henry & his Heirs and Assigns do and shall at all times hereafter permit and suffer the af.d Robert
       Darnall and Sarah his wife and his or her Assigns to have hold possess and enjoy all and every
       of the af.d several Tracts of Land and premisses hereby Granted and to take and Receive the Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof for and during the space and Term of the Natural life of the said Sarah
       Darnall and do and shall permit and suffer the said Robert Darnall if he shall survive the said
       Sarah Darnall to take and Receive the rents issues and profits thereof for and during and untill
       the end and expiration of that whole Year in which the said Sarah Darnall shall happen to Die
       and no longer and from and after the Death of the said Sarah Darnall and after the expiration
       of that Year in which the said Sarah Darnall shall happen to Die if the said Robert Darnall shall
       survive her if not from the Death of the said Sarah Darnall then in Trust and Confidence that he
       the said John Henry and his Heirs and Assigns do and shall permitt and suffer the af.d Sarah Nevett
       and her Assigns to have hold possess and enjoy and Receive and take the Rents issues and profits
       of one Moiety or half part of all and every of the several Lands and premisses af.d to her own proper
       use and benefit untill the afd Mary Nevett shall arrive to the Age of Sixteen Years or shall happen
       to Marry which ever shall first happen and no longer  And as soon as the said Mary Nevett shall
       arrive to the Age of Sixteen Years or shall marry which ever shall first happen then in Trust that
       the said Moiety or half part of the said Lands and Premisses shall immediately be and remain
       unto the said Mary Nevett her Heirs and Assigns for ever to her and their own sole and proper use
       for ever  And as to and for the other Moiety or half part of all and singular the Lands and
       premisses aforesaid upon this special Trust and Confidence that immediately from and after
       the Death of the said Sarah Darnall as aforesaid that the same shall be and remain unto the said
       Mary Nevettt her Heirs and Assigns for ever to her and their own sole proper uses for ever and to and
       for no other Uses intents or purposes whatsoever provided always and upon Condition that the said
       Sarah Nevett and Mary Nevett do and shall within ten Months next after the Death of the said
       Sarah Darnall pay and satisfy unto Jane Muir and Sarah Muir the daughters of James
       Muir of Dorchester County the sum of one hundred pounds Current Money at the rate
       of Dollars at seven shillings and six pence each and if the said Sarah Nevett and Mary Nevett
       or either of them their or either of their Heirs Executors & Administrators shall refuse or Neglect to
       pay the same within the said time of ten Months then in trust and Confidence that the said
       John Henry his Heirs and Assigns do and shall permit and suffer the said Jane Muir and
       Sarah Muir to have hold use possess & enjoy the whole Lands and Premisses aforesaid to their
       own use for and during the space and term of four years next after the expiration of the
       term so as aforesaid limitted for the payment of the sid one hundred pounds and from and
       after the end of the said four Years then as to the one Moiety or half part of the said Lands
       and premisses above limitted to the said Sarah Nevett In trust and to the use of the said Sarah
       Nevett untill the said Mary Nevett shall arrive to the Age of sixteen or day of Marriage And as
       soon as the said Mary Nevitt shall arrive to the Age of sixteen Years or shall Marry which ever
       shall first happen then in trust that the said Moiety or half part of the said Lands and Premisses
       shall amediately be and remain unto the said Mary Nevett her Heirs and Assigns for ever to
       her and their own sole and proper use for ever and from and after the end of the said four years
       then as to and for the other Moiety or half part of the said Lands and Premisses In trust and to
