       Sell Alien Enfeoffe Release and Confirm unto him the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever All that Tract piece or parcell of Land called or known by the Name of the
       Residue Containing by Estimation Thirty Eight Acres be the same more or less situate lying
       and being on the South side of South River near South River Church in the County of Ann
       Arundell in the Province of Maryland aforesaid Patented in the Name of the said Thomas
       McNemara some time in the Year One thousand seven hundred and fifty two or by whatever
       other Name or description the same might be called known or described Together with all
       and Singular the Houses Edifices Buildings Orchards Gardens Fences Hereditaments and
       Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or parcell of Land belonging or in any ways appertaining
       or otherways uses occupied or Enjoyed And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use
       Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Thomas McNemara of in
       and to the said Land and premises and every part and parcell thereof and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and remainders Rents issues and Profits thereof and every part and
       parcell thereof  To have and to hold the aforesaid Tract piece or parcell of Land with
       all and every the premisses and appurtenances hereinbefore mentioned meant or intended
       to be hereby Granted Aliened Released and Confirmed and every part and parcell thereof
       with all and every their Appurtenances unto him the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever  To the only proper use and behoof of him the said Anthony Stewart his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  And
       the said Thomas McNemara for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby
       Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns
       that he the said Thomas McNemara and his Heirs the said hereby Granted Land and
       premises with their and every of their appurtenances unto him the said Anthony Stewart
       his Heirs and Assigns against him the said Thomas McNemara his Heirs and Assigns
       and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever Claiming or which shall
       hereafter claim by from or under him them or either or any of them shall and will warrant
       and for ever defend by these presents  And the said Thomas McNemara doth
       hereby fully Authorize and Empower Charles Wallace John Davidson and James Dundass
       of the province of Maryland Merchants any or either of them to appear before all or any
       the Justices of the provincial Court in Maryland and to acknowledge and declare this
       present Deed or Indenture of Assignment to be the Act and Deed of him the said Thomas
       McNemara and the lands and premisses above mentioned to be the proper right and
       Estate of the above named Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the
       true intent and meaning of this Deed or Indenture and Act of Assembly in that case
       made and provided  In Witness whereof the said Thomas McNemara hath hereunto set
       his hand and seal in London the day and year first above written
