       thereof and therefrom the said Greenberry doth acquit and discharge the said
       Joseph Watson his Heirs Executors and Administrators and for the docking barring
       and extinguishing all Estates tail and all Reversions and Remainders
       thereupon dependant  Hath granted, bargained, sold, remised, released and confirmed
       and by these presents doth grant bargain sell remise release and confirm unto
       him the said Joseph Watson his Heirs and Assigns all those Parcells of a Tract
       of Land situate lying and being in Ann Arundel County called Wineopen Neck heretofore
       conveyed by Elizabeth Ridgely to the said Joseph Watson and now in his
       actual Possession containing seventy nine Acres of Land more or less together
       with all and Singular the Houses, Edifices, Buildings, Improvements and Appurtenances
       to the aforesaid Parcells of Land belonging and the Reversion and Reversions,
       Remainder and Remainder, Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of
       every Part and Parcell thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Greenbury Ridgely of into or out of the
       Premisses hereby sold and released or intended so to be  To have and to hold the said several
       Parcells of Land and other the premisses with the Appurtenances aforesaid to him
       the said Joseph Watson his Heirs and Assigns to the Intent and Purpose to make a
       good and perfect Tenant of the Freehold of all and singular the Lands Tenements and
       Hereditaments hereby sold and conveyed or intended so to be to the End that a good and
       perfect common Recovery in the Nature of Recoveries of the Assurance of Land may in
       due form of Law be suffered and perfected at the next or some subsequent Provincial Court
       and it is hereby declared by all the Parties to these presents and the true Intent and
       Meaning of said Recovery is that the same shall be and enure and the Recoveror
       or Recoveries in such common Recovery his and their Heirs stand and be seised of
       all and singular the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments in such Recovery respectively
       contained to and for the Use of the said Joseph Watson his Heirs and Assigns forever
