       the said Greenberry Ridgely hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his Seal the

       within mentioned being the sum of ten Shillings Sterling

       24.th September 1772  Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Judges
       of the Provincial Court the within named Greenberry Ridgely and acknowledged
       the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands Tenements
       and Hereditaments therein mentioned to be bargained and sold by him with all and every
       their Appurtenances to be the Right and Estate of the within named Joseph Watson his
       Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent and Meaning thereof and of the
       Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided
