370 and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Greenberry Ridgely hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above written signed sealed and delivered Greenbury Ridgely (seal) In the presence of Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Joshua Frazier (The above Deed was thus endorsed) Received the first Day of September of the within named Joseph Watson the Consideration within mentioned being the sum of ten Shillings Sterling Witness Greenbury Ridgely Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer 24.th September 1772 Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Judges of the Provincial Court the within named Greenberry Ridgely and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments therein mentioned to be bargained and sold by him with all and every their Appurtenances to be the Right and Estate of the within named Joseph Watson his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent and Meaning thereof and of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided 1 sides Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Recorded the 24.th of Septem.r 1772 Exam.d This Indenture made this sixth Day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & seventy two Between Joshua Beall of Prince Georges County in the (Province) |
